13/5/2015 Starting my PE journey..

WORKOUT DAY 1

Starting size:

BPEL: 6.9”
EG: 5.2”

This is my current starting routine:

2 DAYS ON, 1 DAY OFF
- Warm up: Hot shower, making my penis radiate heat.
- Stretching: 5x 30sec stretches (Forward, Up, Down, Right, Left)
- Dry/Wet Jelqing: 10 Minutes of 2-3 sec jelqs.
- Warm down: Taking another hot shower.

Feeling really horny, and having a feel that my penis is bigger after the workout.

WORKOUT DAY 2 14/5/2015

Did the same workout as yesterday, but tried different grips, seems like the best one is when standing, or on my knees, this feels right, and I think works well.
Feeling normal, and horny after the workout, did a little bit of edging, but didn’t cum.

REST DAY 1 15/5/2015

Feeling normal, nothing special, my penis doesn’t feel sore, or anything like that.
Also decided to start a NoFap challenge for two weeks from now.

WORKOUT DAY 3 16/5/2015

Same workout, but I did try to watch some videos from youtube, at the same time to make my penis about 50 - 70% erect, I realized that I was jelqing with a too hard cock during the first two days.
This video trick worked really well, and felt good after the workout. I also didn’t feel, so horny after this workout.

WORKOUT DAY 4 17/5/2015

Basically the same workout as yesterday. Didn’t feel horny after, but I got the feel that my penis is bigger after the jelqing process.

REST DAY 2 18/5/2015

Not feeling sore, or anything is this normal? NoFap is going pretty well also, It’s weird that I haven’t gotten the urge to cum! Before I did cum like once a day, feeling pretty weird, but I definitely have a feel that my balls, are getting bigger huh.. :D
Also my test levels have definitely gone up, that’s for sure.

However I do envy the fact that your starting BPEL is considerably lager than mine. However, I have the upper hand in girth ;P

WORKOUT DAY 5 19/5/2015

Okay, today I did my workout during showering, and sauna. Warmed, and stretched in shower, and dry jelqs for about 10 minutes in the sauna. I also now added kegels to my workout routine. About 50 kegels, hold for about 3 - 5 seconds each.
Felt pretty good after the workout. My hang was lower, but that can also be because of the sauna. Also I felt a little bit sore, I felt like I’ve been working out my dick, which is good. After about 20 minutes of the workout I felt a little bit of gentle pain, which did go away pretty quickly, so seems like I was jelqing a bit too hard this time. But feeling a little sore after, and horny!

Also I have now been 5 days on my 2 week NoFap challenge. This really starts to feel weird, I’m horny like 24/7! It’s very hard to explain how it affects, but there is a positive impact definitely.! My test levels are definitely very high right now. It feels hard, and great at the same time! Weird how much this thing can affect you! I can definitely recommend experimenting with this.

Overall, feeling great, and a bit sore!

Loving these workouts so far! Definitely a good pair with my bodybuilding lifestyle!

You should complete the newbie routine first and then if you are still gaining, change nothing. Only change time/intensity when you stop gaining. By the time that happens your dick will be conditioned enough to handle it (hopefully).

Great workout today! Did the same routine of course, but with wet jelqs this time. I feel that wet jelqs work better for me, they just feel more “right”.
Got sore for about 30 minutes after the workout, and felt a little bit bigger than normal. Also my hang is definitely bigger right now, and my penis is more veiny than usual, I mean I have always had a veiny penis, but the veins are now even more exposed.

Great workout today, and definitely feeling that I’m growing!
Rest day tomorrow, but still reporting back then!

REST DAY 3 21/5/2015

Feeling good nothing really special, not feeling sore, or anything similiar. However I really think that my flaccid hang has got bigger, or I may be just thinking, but it really looks like so.
Also my NoFap challenge has now gone for one week. I am definitely feeling A LOT more horny than usual, thinking of sex literally all the time, when nothing else to do. Yesterday was really hard, and had pre-cum all over the day. This day has been way better tho!
I’m doing some kegel exercises today aswell, when got nothing else to think about.

Anyways I think I’m growing! :-)

Okay again same routine, did with wet jelqs, but didn’t feel much afterwards.? I can see that my penis veins pop out more now since I started doing PE, but I didn’t feel anything afterwards today, I don’t even feel that I have done jelqs, or stretches.. Is this OK? Anyways I was looking to feel a bit sore afterwards, but literally don’t feel anything.

Didn’t feel anything after the workout, didn’t even notice a bigger hang. Just like I never even touched my penis. I still did the workout with the exact same intensity as previously. Didn’t get the “growing” feel today.. :-/

Again didn’t feel anything just perfectly normal.

Todays workout was a bit weird. Didn’t want to use lube, so I did go with dry jelqs. I cummed before the workout, so I was jelqing around 20 - 30 % erect, but towards the end it was about 60 - 70 %. Again flaccid size seemed bigger after, also did feel just a tiny bit soreness afterwards.

Okay I can definitely feel that I’m growing! I’m really waiting for the 1 month to pass for the re-measure.

Wet jelqs, didn’t do kegels, but definitely my flaccid seemed bigger after. Nothing special afterwards.

WORKOUT DAY 13 2/6/2015

Again the same simple routine. I have also noticed how my penis veins are really popping out now since I started doing PE. Way more than before.
Felt good no sore, or anything. Flaccid size did feel a little big bigger after the workout.

About two weeks now, and then it’s time to measure again! Feeling kind of excited..
