13/5/2015 Starting my PE journey..
WORKOUT DAY 1
This is my current starting routine:
2 DAYS ON, 1 DAY OFF
- Warm up: Hot shower, making my penis radiate heat.
- Stretching: 5x 30sec stretches (Forward, Up, Down, Right, Left)
- Dry/Wet Jelqing: 10 Minutes of 2-3 sec jelqs.
- Warm down: Taking another hot shower.
Feeling really horny, and having a feel that my penis is bigger after the workout.
WORKOUT DAY 2 14/5/2015
Did the same workout as yesterday, but tried different grips, seems like the best one is when standing, or on my knees, this feels right, and I think works well.
Feeling normal, and horny after the workout, did a little bit of edging, but didn’t cum.
REST DAY 1 15/5/2015
Feeling normal, nothing special, my penis doesn’t feel sore, or anything like that.
Also decided to start a NoFap challenge for two weeks from now.
WORKOUT DAY 3 16/5/2015
Same workout, but I did try to watch some videos from youtube, at the same time to make my penis about 50 - 70% erect, I realized that I was jelqing with a too hard cock during the first two days.
This video trick worked really well, and felt good after the workout. I also didn’t feel, so horny after this workout.
WORKOUT DAY 4 17/5/2015
Basically the same workout as yesterday. Didn’t feel horny after, but I got the feel that my penis is bigger after the jelqing process.
REST DAY 2 18/5/2015
Not feeling sore, or anything is this normal? NoFap is going pretty well also, It’s weird that I haven’t gotten the urge to cum! Before I did cum like once a day, feeling pretty weird, but I definitely have a feel that my balls, are getting bigger huh.. :D
Also my test levels have definitely gone up, that’s for sure.
Reporting the next workout tomorrow.
