Megalophallus Hypoxia Growth Key.

Can you be more specific about your routine? What erection level did you have when starting your clamping set? How hard did you clamp in order to focus on hypoxia? Did you do any additional girth work while clamped, or just focus on restricting blood flow? How often did you do your 9-minute sets?

Well the first week I did five on two off 3 sets of nine minutes my EQ dropped were Friday was probably the worst did some light clamping on Monday for about five minutes light meaning in the timeframe did three sets of five minutes and saw EQ increase continued until Friday and saw an increase in girth but I suppose it was only due to inflammation. I would always let the erection kind of subside due to big girtha advice and the second and third week I only did one day on two days off which seemed better but eventually EQ dropped, by the end of the third week I decided to stop altogether, I did masturbate in this period of time but not excessively I thought maybe my EQ dropped because of masturbation so I refrained and everything else like porn but saw a continuous drop, I feel now that my penis is a bit harder than normal and it has lost elasticity I can stretch it but it’s 5 mm smaller in the BPFSL and erections with sildenafil or tadalafil.

Complete erection when possible but did kegel when EQ wasn’t good to get the best expansion. I tried not to let any blood out or in after that but erection would subside.

BFR Blood Flow Restrcition training research

in this entire context, maybe it could be useful to think about BFR research:

https://scholar .google.ch/scho … s=1&oi=scholart

Could it actually be that also growth effects from pumping and edging are nothing else than an indirect weak BFR effect?

Could it be that it is not the power of the vacuum in the pump, but the BFR effect of a pump that creates growth?

I keep encountering research that seems to suggest the hypoxia-induced growth follows a rather sharp and aggressive bell curve with time-under-hypoxia being the key variable. Remote Ischemic Conditioning is emerging as a new practice in vascular health, with time spent inducing hypoxia never seeming to exceed five minutes. I would continue to emphasize that rat penile tissue study which seemed to show that ten minutes clamping rat penile tissues increased Vacular Endothelial Growth Factor, while twenty and thirty minutes radically reduced it.

Anyway, this is certainly redundant, but I think it’s rather exciting and rather worth emphasizing that all research and anecdotes seem to support what’s been said over and over again, that less is more! Ten minutes seems to be a magic number (although we must accept that there are clearly unknown differences between human and rat physiology).

Reading this thread I can’t help but imagine an episode of South Park parodying the movie Flatliners: “We need to bring his cock back!” “Quickly, Jelq some blood in…” “…it’s not enough he needs more stimulation, for the sake of his cock, I must use my mouth” and later: “His cock needs to make amends with someone it wronged!”

But joking apart, it seems pretty dangerous and not really a set and forget kind of thing. Maybe if time was a premium and you were super attentive it might be okay but it does sound a bit dangerous…

…if you keep increasing the time you spend clamped you probably shouldn’t be surprised if one day your unit simply just doesn’t recover. :/

Believe it or not, I’m doing it and it’s working (I’m not doing the way he describes. I think it’s too much. I’m using a single clamp and maintaing an erection for 10 minutes). Just limit clamping time to 10 minutes and you will be safe most probably.

10 minutes 2 times a day.
1 day rest, 1 day exercise

I haven’t read the entire thread, so don’t know if someone might have suggested this but, maybe this is the reason why people report clamping is more effective for permanent gains.

My thinking as of right now is this:
So we know that prolonged partial or max engorgement and CC internal pressure can cause permanent expansion. Hypoxia may play a role too. Maybe not. But we know that prolonged expansion does. SO, does that prolonged expansion HAVE TO be non-stop? Or could you still get the same effect if short breaks are taken. Basically, say we understand that a 6 hour priapism results in some permanent loss of elasticity in the tunica. Does that mean that we could pump erect for 6x 1-hour low pressure sessions in a 24 hour period and at the same “fatigue”. Or would is have to be 6 hours straight? Heck what is we just pumped or clamped an erection for 30 min sessions every hour. Or severs times a day. I don’t know if the little breaks in between sessions are allowing the tunica to recover and not “give in” to deformation. Maybe next time I have a lazy day I’ll try getting an erection via stimulation, pump, or clamp as many times that day as possible and see if there’s any progress at all. The kid with the 10in circumference only had 3 priapisms to get there. So apparently this isn’t somethng that has to take a year. Maybe with a few INSANELY dedicated days per month, big growth could be achieved rather quickly.

Hi, not sure if anyone is gonna read my message or not, but whatever I will just type it. So I was doing some PE on and off for some time, never really serious and never long enough. Now its been maybe 6 or 7 days since I started doing PE, I did 6 continous days of mainly jelqing and penis pumping, but I went really hard core xD, started off with 20+ minutes jelqing + pumping sometimes before, sometimes after jelqing, not really sure for how long, but surely long enough ( until my skin was swollen af ). And I would do some stretches when I’m really not feeling any sexual arousal, but even then it was just hard for me to remain in flacid state so I can do proper stretching, because as soon as I make the right grip with my hand my penis just starts becoming hard, so stretching isn’t really my thing. But as I said jelq was really intense ( even got some blisters ), vacum pump too, every day felt like I did really good exercise, my penis looked a bit bigger and fuller and right now I can feel some tissue/mass growth in the middle of my penis, coming from the bottom to the middle ( its like an area maybe 2-3 inches long) I can definetly feel some kind of mass below the skin of my penis which wasn’t there before I started doing jelqing and pumping. So I’m not really sure if this is even a good or a bad thing, maybe its tissue growth and its a good thing, maybe some kind of injury?

You spent 6 days of really intense jelqing and pumping and now you feel tissue/mass growth in the middle of your penis?

No it is not growth from a proper PE technique. Yes it is probably an injury and if you are lucky it is a minor swelling that should go away if you stop this activity for several days.

Read here on a proper technique for person just starting out:

Try Long Hold Reverse Kegels Instead of Clamping.

I will admit, my biggest erections are when I am doing a reverse kegel. If you basically push blood into your whole phallus while fully erect, you will become veiny, engorged, thick, and your head will be huge. You can hold reverse kegels for a long time and you are not withholding oxygen. I think long hold reverse kegels are the most overlooked exercise there is. Length and girth at the same time!
