I started the beginner routine on 7/21/2020 in a 2 day on/1 off schedule. 100 jelqs seems like a lot for me, so I’ve decided to back off and use the linear newbie routine for a while. I need to work on the accuracy of my measurements, but I’ve noticed improved EQ and potentially some minor BPEL and MSEG improvements (again, I have to refine my measurement techniques).

Starting measurements
7/21/2020: BPEL 6.5”, BEG 4.5”, MEG <4.5”

I have a couple questions. Apologies if these have been answered elsewhere, but I couldn’t find anything using the search tool.

1. I exercise the rest of my body regularly. Is it important to time my exercise with my PE sessions? Currently I do PE just a few minutes before running/lifting.

2. I want to incorporate edging; I was thinking 10 min sessions twice a day. Any recommendations? I also just picked up my first elastic cock ring if anyone has suggestions on using one with PE.

My main goals are girth and confidence. I’ve never had a problem with my size until recently becoming somewhat insecure with my partner. She assures me I’m adequate, but I’d love to be even more adequate ;) I’m working on the insecurity separately as it’s own issue, but if I can get some minor results from a simple routine, why not?
