Hello everyone,
I’m going to attempt PE and keeping it dialogued as accurately and frequently as I possibly can. I started logging everything on 4/14/20 up until today but have been at the beginner routine since February. So I will write what I wrote in my current log.

Start (4/14) - BPEL: 6.50 NBPEL: 6.25 EG: 4.5 NBPFL: 3.6 FG: 3.5

Current (5/9) - BPEL: 6.75 NBPEL: 6.25 EG:4.5 NBPFL: 4.2 - 4.75 FG: 4 - 4.4 (Possibly fluctuates because I’m a grower?)

All of my measurements taken were in a flaccid state with NBPFL being first and FG being the second measurement (NBPFL x FG), I have yet to log my EL & EG but will take random measurements when I feel I have good EQ.

So my summary for what I have logged thus far is that I have been measuring excessively and I need to chill out with that haha. My results are more veins in flaccid and in an erect state, seems like a have a bigger flaccid than before, and my foreskin looks like it has grown some because I can see it bunch up more towards my head while flaccid. I had a couple of times where I’ve seen my flaccid fully fluffed out and it looked super healthy. I remember seeing this back in mid-febuary which was when my routine was much lighter and I’m slowly going to convert back to doing a lighter routine since I feel my Positive PI’s where more so around that time period based off how my flaccid state was. I believe my routine was a bit much for the actual condition of my tissues and I am now experiencing a hard flaccid which I’m going to take a week off from PE so hopefully I can have my flaccid being in a “fluffed” out state again.

As being a newbie still, I would appreciate any suggestions to make my routine better and for me to experience Positive PI’s and overall growth. Thanks.

Okay back again after about 8 days. I’m still experimenting with how my unit responds to certain things and during this active rest period, I did alot of basic manual exercises.

Summary - Looks like my EQ was good from the beginning since I left my unit alone for the most part and once I started doing the stretching, edging and jelqing, I started losing my morning wood. I think the edging and jelqing cause more pressure on my tissues, therefore, making them contract easily maybe because my tissues aren’t healed fully yet? I have been noticing a softer flaccid than before but still feel the “cord-like” feeling in it from time to time. Is this the tunica or the septum? The stretching I’m doing feels really good and after I’m done, my unit doesn’t contract and is definitely hanging in a thicker and longer state. So I’m going to try to avoid jelqing and edging and continue stretching until my EQ is higher and hopefully have my “fluffed” out flaccid return.

If anyone has any suggestions for me, please don’t hesitate to reply. I’m still a newbie and trying to make my routine the most efficient I can in order to obtain growth. I would love to see growth and be able to share it with this community and hope that others can obtain gains also.

First time applying DMSO + Nascent Iodine solution (DMSO + Iodine Experimental Treatment for Deflated Glans and Firm Flaccid) - I’ve been reading this thread because of my hard flaccid and sometimes I notice I have an hourglass shape flaccid from time to time. I HATE the look of this and I have no idea how it came about. I’ve seen this for a few years now and never knew what the cause of it was. Maybe I could have a mild case of Peyronies? But within this thread it showed promising signs that DMSO + Iodine can dissolve/breakup scar tissue which is what could possibly be causing my hourglass shape flaccid. It clearing looks like a ring in the middle of my shaft and goes basically all the way around my unit. My unit looks darker than usual when I notice this and my skin looks bunched up on my shaft, sort of like it’s retracting but not towards the base but towards the middle of my shaft. I applied DMSO all over my shaft with a Q tip and applied the iodine with the dropper it came with. I just used enough to cover my shaft with both solutions so I’m thinking it had to be about 8 drops of DMSO and 4 of the iodine. Since I was experimenting, I applied this solution at 3pm, 4pm, and 430pm to see what kind of reaction I’ll get. Some people claimed that they got a stinging feeling so I was curious to see how much my unit could handle. Later that day I went to take a shower and I felt the skin on my unit to feel very dried out but not necessarily shriveled, just felt dry and unplump. So I no longer will be applying it that much..
I also had sex after my shower that day but my EQ felt terrible

Summary -
Obviously still experimenting to find an efficient routine. Hoping that the DMSO + Iodine will aid me with my hourglass shape flaccid and hard flaccid by breaking up any scar tissue I could possibly have. I’m going to attempt to apply it daily since that’s what others have done and maybe incorporate pumping after applying it but keep the pressure between 3 - 4 HG. I have been noticing plump flaccid states too but I would prefer to see that most of the time instead of seeing the hourglass shape too.. I have some good days and some bad but it’d be nice to have more of the good days (plump flaccid + high EQ). And overall, still waiting for that growth.. Haven’t measured in awhile since I’m kind of scared of what I’ll see lol. Maybe by the end of this month I’ll check

I still haven’t measured EL or EG but I have been able to hit my girls A-Spot more frequently and I feel she’s tighter and grips me more than usual. So it’s either she’s getting smaller or I’m getting bigger. Praying it’s the latter lol. I may measure at the end of this month because I feel like I should see where I’m statistically at. Conclusion -
So with my hourglass flaccid, I still notice it from time to time but I feel like it’s getting better and doesn’t look as contracted but I can still see a slight indent on the left side of my unit and I still see the darker shade of the “ring” around my unit. However, My EQ is pretty damn good right now. Morning wood is pretty much always there which is very exciting and I’m hoping morning wood translates to recovery and overall allowing my unit to grow in flaccid and erect states. Like I said, I haven’t measured yet and only take those random flaccid measurements but during sex, I feel like I have made some growth since it’s easier to hit the end of her and she definitely grips me more. Also as you saw I’m still applying DMSO and Iodine and adding Vitamin E due to me wanting to dissolve any sort of scar tissue that’s in my unit with could be causing my hourglass shape flaccid.

If anyone has any questions, I’m fully open to answer whatever it may be. Also if anyone can pitch in and give some advice for the hourglass shape flaccid, it would be much appreciated.

Okay so continuing with this journey.. I still haven’t measured EL or EG but instead estimating what it could be. I’m not measuring quite yet honestly because I’m scared of what I’ll see. My PEing has been going pretty good as for seeing expansion and looking for positive PI’s all throughout so I don’t want to measure and then get discouraged because of not seeing any gains on the ruler. So how I’m measuring right now is within the tube (EL) and where my fingers touch when holding my unit typically while jelqing or having sex. My EL within the tube hits about 6.9 in and I have no idea what my EG is but I have a feeling it’s between 4.6-4.7. I could have possible gains but I think I’m still gonna wait awhile to measure with the actual ruler. Only doing this to keep myself in a positive mindset with this. Noticed my flaccid is back to normal expect my veins aren’t as prominent as usual

Conclusion -
I have been pumping ALOT more than usual simply because it’s my favorite exercise. You see your unit expand right before your eyes and the heat I use along with it is essential IMO. I’ve basically been filling up my tube girth wise so I bought a new pump (1.75x8 tube) since I basically pack my 1.5x8 tube from base to my head. So I’m guessing that’s pretty good progress? Also I decreased my pressure in the tube because I’ve been reading Vacuum Pumping 101 and most of the vets are saying lower pressure and higher duration in the tube is better for obtaining gains and less of an injury to happen. I noticed that when I use pressures from 5 - 8, my unit expands longer (length) and I can hit up to 7in. It’s not uncomfortable for me but when using lower pressures, it feels like it expands slightly better but I must stay in the tube longer for that better expansion. On top of that, the lower pressures allowed me to precum, I’ve never had that happen before at higher pressures. I also get way less edema as lower levels. Also, I’m note sure if I should move up to my 1.5 tube but I feel that I should. When I’m done my sets and decrease the pressure completely, my unit is so thick that I basically get stuck in the tube and I have to slowly slide/pull it off. I love seeing and watching it come out the tube that thick but I’m also focusing on length. I heard that the wider the tube, the better girth you’ll obtain and the smaller and longer the tube, the better chance for length gains. If anyone has any thoughts on this, I would love to hear it.

Haha yes I do get a lot of sex from my lady, we both enjoy each other and I have a feel PEing has driven up my sex drive. If I fap, I usually log it under masturbate, which I rarely do since I’m in a relationship. But yea, I’m trying my best to intelligently pump and recognize what pressures and times my unit responds to best.
