Less Skeptical, Hoping for Bigger Things

Hey Everyone,
Thank you for visiting this post. Like many people here my original measurements were inaccurate. However, I am confident I have seen changes after multiple years of PE on and off with terrible consistency.

Progress:
Initial stats spring 2016. BPEL: 6.3-6.5”, and MEG: 3.97-4.05”.
I am currently as of 18-May-2020 BPEL: 6.95-7.0” and MEG 4.2-4.3”
There was also a rapid increase in flaccid size, especially length.

Current routine:
5 min warmup. 2x 10 min Jelqs with squeezes and edging throughout.

This is slow, but I feel better knowing it is possible. I am looking forward to future work and progress which I will share here.
I am currently concerned about base width. The base girth I have gained does not contribute to the width, and don’t want this trend to continue. Suggestions and improvements would be appreciated.

I am trying very hard to now measure only once a month. Did another successful session today.

My current goal is to gain 0.15” length and 0.2” girth in the remainder of 2020.

Still my consistency is terrible and I have a tendency to do more than I think is neccessary. I am going to start limiting the time to 10 minutes of jelqing and increase the frequency of days.

I would say goals above what you stated are reasonable for sure.

But you should be consinstent of course, it’ll get to you, you probably haven’t entered the “addicted to PE” phase. It’s like bodybuilding and pretty much anything that gives positive results after several efforts.

Have a great time doing them. I like how you’ve had results with less consistency though.

I gave in and did a measurement after PE tonight, and I was back down to 6.75, 4.12”.

That is a shocking amount of variation, and brings me back to being a little more skeptical about PE, and that my goals are realistic.

Still staying consistent, and hoping to see progress this summer. I am not feeling warmth and increased blood flow the hours after PE that I had associated with gains, and I don’t know what I am doing differently.

Slow and steady progress. Still absolutely no gains on base girth, and no idea how to target them.

I have been consistent for a number of months now, with not results. Going to keep with this for another month and hope for some progress. It has been a little disheartening.

I have been journaling and checking in with myself altely. There have been many times in my life where woman made me for small through no fault of their own. A number of my partners had clear preferences for larger partners, experiences, and comments stacked and build over a decade now. PE, if it works, could be empowering to take a little control. Both are the PE and shifting mental perspective are a work in progress, and largely fruitless.

It feels like I am making no progress towards my goal of 4.5” MEG, and absolutely no progress on girth at the base of my penis.

I think, with the assumption that PE works, my limiting factors may be my lifestyle, diet, sleep outside of excersises. How my penis responds seems extremely inconsistent. Has anyone had stark contrast with changes in their lifestyle?

As is often noted on TP, partners sometimes issue comments that don’t reflect physical reality. You are a good size now (before PE), so take those comments with a grain of salt.

What he said, also I may add: be a confident and skillfull demon between the sheets and even if you were small, I doubt she’d care! Just think with confidence growing and then have a bigger unit too. The ladies will have to look out!

It could be because of your diet and lifestyle for sure. It’s a delicate matter from how I can see it since we don’t know enough about how your penis reacts to what you’re doing to it, but it might be both your PE method and lifestyle, from what I’ve learned around the forums, probably the PE method has more to do with it. Maybe you’re not pulling hard enough, or not applying enough pressure.

This, for me, happens out of two reasons, bad PE technique/bad state of mind with predominantly negative thoughts flowing out of my control which leads to bad sleep which also is a big “nono” in the PE business.

For an example I will use girth gaining to make my point. I can’t do successful clamping/jelqing/pumping sets if I am not in the mood for them, length might work, but how does someone gain length without having long erections afterwards? I ended up stretching my bpfsl only with length oriented routines and a “negative state of mind”. If I do things out of “spite”, they won’t work as well as if I would do them out of enjoyment and wishfulness.

Do you stretch your scrotum as well? I would say it’s called a unit cause there are more than one thing.

Try to stretch your entire unit: try this…

You may find that this works the root and the simple fact of the novelty of it should have you at least partially engorged; work that!
