Lancereed's journey.
Today is July 25, 2018, and I am officially starting this. I started with a modified newbie routine which is as follows:
- 5minute hot wrap
- 3 minute stretching (6 *30 seconds)
- Wet jelqing (100 3 seconds)
- 5 minute hot wrap
- 30 kegels (5-second holds)
My starting measurements are as follows:
BPFSL: 6.0 inch
FG: 4.0 inch
BPEL: 6.0 inch
EG: 5 3/8 inch
I’ve told myself I won’t measure again for two weeks. So for the next two weeks, I’m doing the 2 on 1 off routine and I have never been so excited to start something. Super pumped to see the results and what this community will do for me, and eventually what I can do for it.
Goals:
BPEL: 7.0 inch
EG: 6.0 inch
