Kegel Improvements
Hey everyone, first time posting!
I’ve started regularly doing kegels and have seen much better EQ and possibly even some size changes but it’s too early to tell. It’s been about 3 weeks only.
I’m using an app to help stay on track (dr. Kegel iOS app) and every week I hold for as long as possible. Week 1 my time was 50 seconds, week 2 was 123 seconds, and week 3 is 225 seconds. Pretty happy with the improvements!
Just a side note the exercise I do only hold for 10-30 seconds and I don’t feel sore or anything so I’m watching my physical indicators :)
My question to you all is this, how long can you hold your kegels?
My second question is what do you do to keep improving your PC strength?

- 225 seconds
- staying consistent and progressive overload
