Already Seeing Improvements

Hey guys, I’ve been a lurker on this website for some time, but I recently decided to give PE a go after seeing all you other guys with some impressive gains.

I’ve only been doing the newbie routine plus kegels all throughout the day for about 3 weeks now. Although I haven’t seen any gains yet, which I don’t expect, I’ve noticed my cock has gotten a lot harder. My gf said the same thing a few days ago, which was quite the boost of confident. Glad to know that this is already paying off. I hope to reach my goals in my signature, which seem pretty reasonable.

It only gets better! Your goals are very reachable! I gained a half inch just by getting a better erection….

We had the same start length and it only took me a few months to gain a half inch. Don’t say anything to your girlfriend, let her notice first, it’s much better that way!!!
