Kasparixs progress report and log already gained

Hello all members,
At first, I am sorry for my English, I am not a native speaker.

I have been lurking here for around one year and now I decided to write my first post.

I was doing some PE irregularly. Some jelqing, some stretching and some pumping with almost no experience. During this year (I was weeks on, weeks of, month on, month of) I gained 1,2centimeter in length (0.47in). That is good, but I don’t know when I gained, cause most of the time I did not see any results and suddenly I woke up with 1cm more in my length.

I decided to start again, more motivated, dedicated and educated. I will keep this log to stay in touch with you, to be more regular in my measurements, and to recognize my own body, to inquire what techniques works for me..

SO LETS START:

My routine:
I will do measurement every 6 weeks, I will do PE 5days on, 2 days off. I decided to return back to newbie routines.
5 minutes warm up
10 minutes stretching
20 minutes dry jelqing
5 minutes stretching
5 minutes warm down

My Measurements before I started PE:
BPEL 15.9cm (6.26 in)
NBPEL 14cm (5.51 in)
EG 14cm (5.51 in)

My Measurements NOW on 22JAN17
BPEL 17.3 cm (6.815 in)
NBPEL 15.2 cm (5.98 in)
EG 14.5cm (5.71)

My long term goal:
BPEL 21cm (8.27 in)
NBPEL 19cm (7.48 in)
EG 16cm (6.30 in)

Lets start now.
