Hi, I’m just starting my PE journey. 8/1/2022. I didn’t get full measurements before but I know my NBPFL was about 4.25, BPEL was 6.25, and my BPFSL was 7”. I’ve been using the quick extender pro and this week starting adding in some newbie stretches every other day. My goal is to get to BPEL of 8” and to have better erection quality. I’ve suffered with ED for the past 3 years and have been unable to maintain an erection long enough or full enough for sex without the use of Viagra. Most days I can’t get a half erection at all by myself so jelqing has been as been out of the question.

As of now I’ve only update measured my BPFSL to be 7.5”. As far as erection quality, I’ve noticed some slight improvements as I have gotten the occasional morning wood which I haven’t seen in years. Still not full but progress is progress. I haven’t really noticed an increase in erection length but haven’t particularly measured it either. I’m excited with the progress and future prospects of it! I have a few questions regarding my progress though.

Can I expect increases in BPFSL to coincide with BPEL? Is there a lag between them and is there a general gap between the two? Any other pointers for a newbie like myself?

When I began my BPEL and BPFSL probably matched. Today my BPFSL is about .5” longer than my BPEL.

Pointer: Add heat if possible.


BPEL: 5.5" --> 7.9" ; BPFSL: ~5.6" --> 8.5"

Thanks for the pointer! I’ll look to add heat to my routine.
So I should aim for 8.5” BPFSL? I think the rods it came with only go to 8”. Looks like I’ll have to buy an extension rod set. That kind of makes me want to go for longer then, as the $40 price on extension rods will make my device stretch up to 16” 😂

So a full update on my measurements. I feel like they are all a little less than true numbers because even with Viagra, maintaining a full erection while measuring is difficult for me but here are the number as of 10/12/2022.

BPEL: 6.75
NBPFL: 4.5
BPFSL: 7.5
MSEG: 5.1

I’ll post my next measurements around 11/12 and try to measure once a month to accurately track my progress. My routine consists of Newbie stretch routine for 5 minutes as a warm up, some days I add an additional 5 minutes in the evening before bed, 5-10 minutes of kegels per day to help with EQ and PE, and I wear a QEP device 4-5 hrs 5 days a week with weekends off from all PE (except kegels)

I added a small extension rod since my last post and will keep at that level for 2-3 weeks. I have two more small extension rods I can add before I’ve reached the max amount that it came with.

I received some frustrating news the other day. My total testosterone levels are low. This is likely caused by a case of varicocele. Not only is this likely the cause of my low t but also my ED and my PE. The frustrating part is that the corrective surgery is not likely to be covered by my insurance and neither is the hormone replacement therapy (which is what my doctor is recommending). I’m so torn about whether or not I should just get the surgery anyways .

With the Holidays and everything getting in the way and life becoming extremely busy I slacked on my extending. I kept extending a few hours every other day until the middle of December when I just stopped. But it’s now the end of January 2023 and after a little over a month off I’m ready to extend again. New year new me and all that jazz. But I figure I have 7 months until my birthday so if I can stick with a solid routine until then I should hopefully have some measurable and noticeable gains.
