Hi everybody,

I’m a first time member and complete newbie to PE. I’ve started with reading most of the newbie threads and decided to start with the newbie routine. This log is mostly meant for personal purposes so I’ll keep it short. Most logs will be simply about whether I completed the training on the days I intended to do them. I intend to measure my progress once per month and make adjustments based on those measurements. Currently I’m mostly interested in increasing my girth, but the length gains are welcome as well. Since I’m a newbie I’ll just focus making a consistent habit out of PE and keeping a good log to measure my progress.

Current stats (17-08-2021)
BPEL: 18 cm
MEG: 12 cm
BPSFL: 17 cm
MFG: 11 cm

Goals:
BPEL: 21 cm
MEG: 15 cm
BPSFL: no goal
MFG: no goal

Week 1:
7 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
40 clockwise stretches (20 after each five stretches in different directions)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
7 minutes hot wrap
Kegels

Intended training days:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Starting next week I’ll do two days on, one day off. Unfortunately, that will not be possible due to a busy schedule this weekend.

Finished my first week. Since I was visiting my parents for the weekend, I didn’t really have the opportunity to train the intended four days but managed to do three. This week I’ll start with 2 days on and one day off. Since it’s the second week of the newbie routine, I’ll add two minutes of stretching and four minutes of jelqing.

Finished my second week. Did my routine on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Couldn’t do 2:1 due to a busy schedule but I’m satisfied with 4 days of training. Starting week 3 tomorrow, aiming at at least 4 training days, maybe 5 if my schedule allows it. I’ll add another 2 minutes of stretching and 4 minutes of jelqing to my routine. This week I’ll do:

Hot wrap 7 minutes
Stretch 14 minutes
3 rounds of 10 around the clock stretches in both directions
Jelq 18 minutes
Hot wrap 7 minutes

Are you sure that you measured correctly? BPFSL should normally be larger than BPEL.

Hi, thanks for the welcome!

Yes, very sure I measured correctly. I also measured more than once and averaged the measurements. It might have to do with my ruler though. My ruler is made from metal and has sharp edges and corners. Due to my fat pad and the stretching of my skin, I want to be very careful while measuring bpsfl so I don’t accidentally puncture a vein or something.
