As posted in Want To Start PE, I did wanted to start doing PE. Well I did, and in the meantime it’s been a success.
When I first posted, I had: 15cm (5,9") BPEL and 12 cm EG (4,7"). It’s been two weeks, and I already have gained something.

I’m now at 16 cm (6,3") BPEL and 12,5 cm (4,9") EG.

I guess as I said in my first thread that this isn’t as much of a gain as it’s is "recovered" length, and I would say the girth is coming from better EQ since it’s a lot better already. But I will take that as a win, since I never expected to work so fast. Anyways, I’m going to continuing doing it, good gains to everyone.

P.s.: As I said I am now hitting the gym, but didn’t lose much weight yet, about 4-5 lbs only. I can feel it’s doing great for my EQ too, but even if it is because of it, it’s a "PE success" at anyone’s books I guess.

Since I can’t post anywhere else, I will try here. I moved and needed to stop PE entirely right after my last post here. However I tried yesterday again, I did the warm-up, some stretch and like 10 min of jelqs, a newbie routine since effectively did it like 2 weeks, 4months prior, so likely a clean slate again. After I while I got a hard-on and felt stuffed, like full of blood penis, and did some wanking like 2-3 times. Today after waking up I did some edging, noticed I was I little softer than usual, and much more than yesterday. Getting home alone I was going to masturbate until I found out I can’t get a proper erection today. I have no bruises, no pain, it’s not swollen, nor cold, it feels a little off, but not really numb, maybe a little sore.

I tough it looks like some overstrained situation, since there’s nothing more than not getting a hard-on going, doesn’t feels like I can’t but that I won’t like I’m really exhausted, with stimulation it get’s a little swollen, but won’t get hard. Guess till I can get hard again I should drop the PE altogether for a while, right?

Take a day off and start again, and I suspect your erection will also be back. I agree you’ve just overtrained. Start back with a lesser routine and let your penis get conditioned so you can expand your routine.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Guess it needed just to wait a little while longer, since it’s been like 4-5h like that before, after a little more time, I got a expontaneous one, not full hard-on, but at least that eases my mind of some serious injury, since it is a lot better. Guess will take today off, and tomorrow back with a little less intense jelqs.

Well it’s the middle of my second week doing PE, and I’m for sure enjoying it, even though my EQ is a little unstable, but only from good to very good, and I would put it in stress and bad sleep quality to be fair.

My routine is right now:

5 minutes hot bath water directly while doing some light stretches and letting it flow to the penis base.

12 minutes manual stretch (twelve 30-second stretches, out, up down, left, right and “helicopter”)
120 jelqs (3sec but always trying to get it from the base out, started at 100, and am adding 20 per week)
20 V-Jelqs (for girth)
15 Side Jelqs (correcting curvature)
30 kegels of 15 second holds each (with same time as rest)

I want to gain length and girth to be fair, at least for now girth is the main focus for me, but don’t want to commit to it until newbie gains go away.

What do you guys think of my routine? I’m never sore, nor do fell pain or discomfort, had a hard vein, but it’s gone, what’s the jelq plateau I should use? 300? Should I do more V-Jelqs too? (They’re way easier for me, don’t know why)
