Hey all,

I finally decided to start a progress log. In short, I have started doing PE 5 years ago, had gains for the first two, then I didn’t gain anything anymore. I was just mindlessly doing stretches and jelqs and did too much work and not properly. Because I was always uncertain whether or not I will be able to continue PE, I just kept doing it, blindly following schedule, sets and reps without really looking at PIs and here is the result.

Based on my first post on this forum, my starting stats were 16 cm BPEL and 11 cm EG, which is probably correct, my BPEL could be lower though.

I measured today and I’m currently 18.5-18.8 cm BPEL and 12.4-12.5 cm EG.

I restarted workout 2 weeks ago, after 2 month break, before that I did only stretching for a couple of months. Last two weeks I have been doing some jelqs, making sure I do them with optimal erection and some stretches, but quickly started to do more than I should.

Now I will do a 2 on 1 off schedule, doing JAI stretches in order to start slow and with lower volume than before and to also closely monitor for PIs this time.

I have just started this routine but it will be something like this:
-10 min warmup with IR lamp
-JAI stretches, I have to decide how much I will do, as I will do them in every direction, but I will probably stop after I will no longer feel the stretch.
-10 min warm down with IR lamp

I might do some jelqing separately, not much, around 80-100.

I’m also thinking about doing some kegels also, haven’t done them in a long time.

If nothing else I will get a better feeling for stretching and start exercising slowly this time. Goal for now is to actively look for PI and see any type of gain.

I will do just that, as it will benefit me a lot with my routine.

I have been doing this routine for 4 weeks, took one week off, then continued. Now I changed my routine a bit, setting a timer for 10 minutes and doing JAI stretches left, right and straight down, each 2 seconds, with 2 second break between each, while also doing reverse kegel while performing each stretch, that is followed by 2x 2 minute BTC stretch. Warm up and warm down is 10 minutes each.

Measured yesterday twice, seems I gained 2 mm length, finally some gains, will remeasure again next week to make sure.
