A little about myself. I have been doing PE for over 25 years (50 yo). However, it is only over the past 6 months or so have I actually charted my gains. I have been using a pump for the 25 years and have been using various other PE methods on and off (Penimaster with noose, jelq, weights) during that time period. I stopped using weights after an injury, never found the noose comfortable enough to use for any kind of duration, and got bored with jelqing. However, 6 months ago I purchased a Penimaster pro with the suction head and found it much, much more comfortable than the noose versions and decided to keep a daily track of time spent with the unit on. I didn’t know if I could obtain new gains or if I had already extracted most of the potential gains from my previous 25 years of PE. Spending $300 on the unit has motivated me to understand if the money was well spent. (I also was intrigued by all the formal medical studies that demonstrated the potential of the unit.)

On 7/27/2018 I began using the Penimaster pro on a daily basis. I work from home, so concealment isn’t an issue, and I can usually put it on early in the morning, taking breaks when I work out or when my penis head becomes sore. If the head becomes too sore, I usually take a day or two off. Also, I have caused the skin of the head to peel several times. I will usually take a day or two off when this is the case. Typically, I use a penis pump at the end of the night for approximately 30 minutes before going to bed. I decided on early I would only measure when I reached 1000 hrs of use.

On 3/27/2019, I realized 1000 hrs of use. Again, most of the time after using the Penimaster Pro during the day, I finish using a vacuum pump for about 30 minutes. I think I read in some scientific study where doing so significantly increased results (although I am too lazy right now to re-look for the study).

Here are some of my usage stats;
Between 7/27/2018 and 3/27/2019 there are 206 total days.
During this period I used the unit on 184 of those days or 89.3% of the days

My average daily use is 327 minutes (5.45 hrs)
The median daily use is 348 minutes (5.78 hrs)
The longest I used the unit without taking it off is 305 minutes (5.08 hrs)
The longest I used the unit in one day is 645 minutes (10.8 hrs)

During the 1000 hrs of use my size stats are as follows:

My erect circumference (maximum point approximately 3/4 of the way up from the base on the shaft) has increased from 16.8 cm (6.61 inches) to 17.5 cm (6.89 inches), a gain of approximately 4.17%. (I have a very thick shaft by heredity based on conversations I have had with my brother so my historical starting point is much higher than most I believe).

My BPFSL went from 20.5 cm (8.07 in ) to 21.5 cm (8.46 in) for a gain of 4.88%

My BPEL went from 19.5 cm (7.68 in) to 20.5 cm (8.07 in) for a gain of 5.13%

My 1 cm gain in length does seem consistent with the published medical studies that are out there. The studies also suggest that the marginal gains from use will decrease with the next 1000 hours. I plan to continue with my routine and will post my next set of results at the 2000 hr mark.

Wow! 25 years of PE? What a Journey!
What were your initial measurements 25 years ago? I am curious about that.
Congratulations for your discipline! Is very difficult to stick to a plan an actually do it!

Unfortunately, I never charted or recorded my measurements back then. I do vaguely recollect being 6.75” in length in high school and at one point being 6.25” in circumference, but I can’t tell you exactly when that was along the journey. My main reason to start recording my use of the Penimaster pro was in part to determine if I had wasted my money on it. (Trust me I have spent a lot of money on pumps, extenders, and other contraptions through out the years) . I have always enjoyed pumping (bought a 2.25” Boston Pump Works pump at an adult store 25 years ago, and have never stopped using it since (replaced the pump several times, last one was with a brake bleeder kit from an auto parts store).

Which of the other things I have used have helped in my growth and by how much? Who knows? Really the only think I can say for sure is the past 8 months (1000 hours).
