Everything in BPEL

Started with 5,7 inches
Many years ago I managed to get to 10 inches with a manual program and some pills
Lost the program and the gains back down to 5,7 inches
Want the 10 inches back but don’t have the program
Started PE again and gained up to 7,5 inches
Plateuing at 7,5 inches, been here for years and years
Still want my 10 inches back

Routines nowadays:
Massageing the tunica and bundled stretching the tunica (bundled stretching is awkward because if I do it for 10 mins with my hanger as grip I get swollen foreskin which stops further PE and I kinda wanna do the tunica first)
Manual stretches (all directions) and jelqs
Compression hanging (2,5kg 5kg 7,5kg 10kg) 30 mins a go (heared of 10+ hours per week rule)
A slim vacuum pump (but I rarely use it because I want length over girth and I tend to break my frenulum)
Erect stretches (to cement gains but I rarely do them, told to do them 10 mins twise per week but I find them awkward)
I’m told to do ligament stretches and I often grip close to base when stretching/jelqing/hanging so thats basicly my ligament stretching I do nowadays. I also I try to manually stretch outwards with extreeme force sometimes and it feels like some ligament is looseing out.

Curious about scrotum exercises but I havent delved much.
Stretching the balls will make the sack hang lower but for what purpouse??
Pumping the testicles will make them larger, will that also increase my testosterone and all with it?

Also curious about how to make my tunica septum more workable.
Should I stop taking collagen protein supplement because it hardens the tunica?
Is there any cream or supplement that can help? (I have ordered some lotion from Asia that claims it softens up the tunica, its in the mail so I don’t know yet)
Is it true that ending a length session with cold-showering the shaft will solidify the lengthgains? Is it not unhealthy in any way?
I heared of 45 degrees Celcius will make the tunica workable. Whats a few good ways to do that? A heatingpad? Anything else?
Some mentions that I should preexhaust the tunica and then go in for more lengthwork. What is some good ways of doing this?
