I’m just posting to say that you can truly gain with PE. Don’t give up! It’s not a quick journey and you must pay attention to how your body responds to exercises, but it really works!
I bought a penis extender at the end of last year, but have only started using it more regularly the last couple months. Recently, I’ve incorporated rest days. But most of last year was the most basic jelqing and stretch exercises in the shower. I took off a couple months last year because I was frustrated with my progress, but when I came back to it, I found I’d grown a bit! So, I started up again.
I am very happy that this is real!

Note: These are maximum measurements.

Start 4.12.2021:
BPEL 5.6 inches
EG 6.1 inches

Current 4.7.2022:
BPEL 6.4+
EG 6.25+

Current goal
BPEL 7.3+
EG 6.25+ *I will just let this measure do its own thing.

General Routine

Thank you. I have never had a strict routine but did it daily with a couple days off per week. The first 3 to 4 months I jelqed with some lube for a few minutes a day and did some basic stretches in the shower.

For stretches, I pulled straight and held for 30 seconds in each major direction. Then, I did the exercise that has you pull straight and move in a clockwise, then counterclockwise motion. I did them in a slow motion and switch hands because it seems to emphasis the stretch per side that the hand is on.

An observation I’ve made is that I am measurably bigger after occasional rest periods. Sometimes, it’s about a week and once I stopped for a month or so.

Currently, I only do basic stretches, no regular jelqing. I am trying a penis extender for about 1 hour a day in two half hour sessions. I take weekends off and an occasional weekday.

Another exercise I do is stretch by grabbing the glans and base firmly and pull until I feel a good burn for about 20-30 seconds. I do this the full length of the penis as well as doing half way up and halfway down. I hope it stretches the skin and tunics. I do all stretches in the shower.

I hope you get some useful information from this. What is your routine? Also, what utensil do you use for measuring?
