Hello.

I’m calling this week one.
Using beginner routine to the letter.

A challenge has been getting the alone time to do the heating. I’ve been using hot water in the shower.

As far as effect. I guess I wouldn’t expect much after just a few times. I haven’t hurt myself. I’ll count that as a plus. It’s been staying harder for longer while I jelque. Staying hard for longer periods has been more challenging the past year or so but I’ve also taken to a half hour on the elliptical before work for the last couple of months, so it could be that.

The only “extra” I’m doing is I wear my stealth everyday and the corkscrew like every other day. I was nervous about doing that after jelquing but it doesn’t seem to hurt or anything.

5.9 bone pressed length and 5.5 tapers down to 4.75 behind the glans.

I’m looking forward to keeping record and seeing if I can effect a change.

Late check-in in on the second week.

I only did 3 days though. Work was kicking my ass last week. My exercise/workout time suffered too.

I’m still on the newbie routine. I stopped counting and am just focusing on even speed and pressure for 15 min. I like that more and it’s easier to stay hard if I’m not counting. I’m past the 1 hour mark on the elliptical, every morning. I haven’t been able to do in a few years.

No results yet but I really don’t expect any from a couple of weeks. I think it has helped with EQ though. I noticed a bit of a change when I was trying the quick extender and pump but this is a significant improvement. There was a while there that I couldn’t stay hard long enough to finish sex but that seems to have gone away, very noticeably since I started stretching and jelqing. So even just that makes the effort totally worth it!

Is that an effect that will subside as I continue?
Or is it just a psychological effect from being positive?

Welcome, KrustyRusty. Yes, improved EQ is a happy byproduct of PE—even if you hadn’t intended to improve it.
Will it subside? I’ve found that it did not.
Just psychological? I think it’s both physical and psychological.

Week 3.

Pretty light week. We had lots of family time so I wasn’t able to work out more than twice.
All is well though. I upped the jelquing time to 20 minutes.
I think I need to get up earlier. I’m up to an hour per day on the elliptical. Weights are still erratic. I’m feeling pretty good. I feel like I’ve had a heavy blanket draped over my head for the last 6 years and I’m finally getting out from under it.

I upped my time to 25 minutes jelqing.
Nothing really profound to report.

My hands are silky smooth from all the lotion.

Week 5 (kind of)

I didn’t do any actual joking this week.
Mostly I think it’s just I got a little bored with it. I did use my pump thing everyday. Like a half an hour or so. It’s electric and doesn’t have a pressure gauge which is probably not a good thing. I just let it pump up until it gets kind of dicey feeling, back it up just a hair and then turn it off.
And I tried to keep my stealth with my corkscrew on when I wasn’t working. I really don’t know if either of these things help or not but I like the sensation so..

This week I’ll get back at it for sure.

I was doing in the morning for a while but our routine changed a bit an now all my effort is dedicated to getting the kids out of the door to school. Snail herding I call it…
And I think I just don’t really like it.

I still pump pretty consistently. I think mainly because I ball it up with masterbating. (Pretty much the only way I can sleep at night, when she’s not in the mood anyway.) So far I like it. I think it has effected the profile in a positive way. Smoothing the taper a bit. I missed a week here and there and it didn’t seem to go away. Or at least not much. So I think that’s a good thing. I don’t really want it to be much girthier, just a bit more pleasant to look at.

Length wise it’s been hanging in there at just under 16 cm bone pressed. A little over if I measure right away after pumping. But that doesn’t last.
I started using my square to measure. It’s a starrett…

A while ago I chased the wife through the house and jumped her on the couch. She glared up at it suspiciously then back at me. I’m calling that acknowledgment and probably the closest I’ll get to a compliment out of her. Pretty pleased with that.

I’m looking into hanging. But haven’t done anything yet. I’m waiting for a product to be released by stealth to see what it’s like before I buy something but they keep putting it off. If it’s not anything special I would be interested in some recommendations for the vacuum type.

Hanging is the single most effective PE method IMO. I attribute most of my gains to hanging. I’m doing it manually for now but I intend to buy a nice vac hanger in a few months. How’s the one by stealth that you are waiting for?

If the vacuum release ever fails to work, just push your index finger in at the base of the cylinder.

Use a starting pressure of only 3inhg and only for 5 to 10 minutes. As you get used to pumping, keep 5inhg as your max pressure, but always start at 3inhg and increase from there. Don’t be in a rush and pay attention to negative signs like red spots.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Pumped for 5 between 3and 5 . I think I need to shave to maintain a good seal.

Should I refrain from jelquing tonight? It doesn’t hurt or anything.

How do I know when I’m used to it?
If I get some spots how long do I wait to try again?

Is 5 the human max? Or just for beginners?

Also, I’m glad you recommend the 2 inch cylinder. The base is already “packed” as is. I think the 1.75 would have been uncomfortable. Thank you.
