In the meantime, I finished decon and started cycle 2 again!

Reduce weight in cycle 2

starting at 18oz

18oz -warm up
24-30-36 - heat
42oz - cool down

Proceded by weight, yielding quite successful strains! (average 2.22%)

When I started cycle 2 again, my pre BPFSL was 17.5cm, but after my last workout, my post BPFSL was 18.5cm!

So far, I haven’t incremented the weight because it seems to continue to increase.

However, there is a problem.

My BPEL is
standing - 15cm
sitting - 15.5cm

It maintains the same length as 1 cycle.

According to the TGC theory, the difference between BPFSL and BPEL is too MUCH!

Should a little pumping or clamping be added to the routine to get the BPFSL to catch up to the BPEL?
