My first cycle was 2 hours/day.
My second cycle was 60-90 mins per day.
Both cycles gained ~the same.Things look good, keep working!

I’ve always wondered if I’m doing well, but your advice has given me confidence.
I have two questions.
1. After the hanging session, I pump at low pressure for 15 minutes to improve blood flow.
Will this pump motion interfere with the hang gain?
2. I am also doing foreskin restoration.
I remember reading that there is no problem if only the skin is pulled, but I am worried that this foreskin restoration will act like ADS and interfere with my hanging gain during decon or normal periods.
