How does she feel about you getting larger? I am noticing that after I have hard sex with mine (only way she can orgasm really) she is sore for a day usually…Definitely a downside.

She is all for me getting bigger, but she’s already really tight. Honestly, I was hurt a few times early on in our relationship (another reason I had to slow down the PE). I’ve read all these horrors stories of a girl doing the bronco on some guy, & landing on his penis & breaking it… It actually happened to me a few times too. Luckily, MR. HAPPY (my penis) is still working.

I think if I do get a lot bigger, we can do a lot more positions—and some of the positions we do now will be very much a NO GO. I can already hit some kind of bone inside her—(if i hit it hard enough, it really hurts), but it’s only from certain positions.

My wife is actually quite tough (although she’s slender & frail looking; and she weighs a fraction of what I weigh—she truly is a tough cookie).

I’ve been sticking with my diet—I’m now down to 226 lbs (from 245). I figure it may still take 3-4 months to get to my ideal weight, but this is really encouraging. I never feel hungry/ I’m eating till I’m full, I’m just doing ‘phase 1’ from the south beach diet. My meals are mostly salad with some kind of meat on the side/ stir fry/ or vegatables/ or low fat cheese/ low fat cottage cheese (I don’t eat fat free cottage cheese because they add sugar to it). So anyway, it’s going to be 3-4 more months of no sugar & no bread probably. I can tell I’m getting a huge amount of fiber—my poo actually looks like chewed up salad (go figure…). I do have the occasional miso soup….

Anyway, I’m diverging from PE… I’ve just been back 1 week so far. It’s quite tempting to add a bunch of sets, but I’ll keep it slow for now.

Lately I’ve been doing a lot of rest days, since I jumped right back into hanging I want to take things slow. I plan on ‘taking it easy’ this first month. Next month I’ll start trying to increase the difficulty of the workouts/ adding more sets, etc. I do need a tougher penis—just tough enough so I wont get injured. It’s true… I’m not ‘riding the fatigue’ just yet. But what would anyone expect after a very, very long deacon break—it’s almost like starting over. Although, I did keep 2/3 of my gains.

On a sidenote, she says if I ever want to post pics of my gains (this would be AFTER I reach my goals), she would vouch for their validity. I do have my starting pics stored away. I don’t know if I want to post the pics (my starting pics from last summer); call me camera shy if you want.

Hey it’s all good! You are lucky you are so big inside your girl. Hell I am 8" BP and I have to slam mine almost as hard as I can to get her off, kinda makes me feel like shit. Every other girl it has been different, I could barely thrust and they would get off =/

Also which hanger are you using? I am liking my Vac hanger a lot as I can hang a lot longer and heavier believe it or not.

How do you feel about the gains of your vaccum hanger vs. your Bib?

I know most people love the Bib (as you have in the past), but only find a skin stretch with the vaccum hanger. Any tips to avoid just stretching the skin (I have the MaxVac & the Vaccum Hanger & both Bib units, so I am trying to figure out which one to use)?

I only use the bib for a few reasons:
1-there’s no limit on the weight I can use (there’s limits with the vacuum hanger)
2-vacuum hanging can cause blisters or other skin issues (sorry if I forgot the correct term)
3-if I did hang vacuum and if I needed to go back to the bib I would be forced to go back to lower weight to re-condition my tissues for the attachment point of the hanger—so I would lose time/ progress

I guess long term, I just saw no limitations with the bib/ less risk of minor injury, and although the initial comfort was probably lower, I’m very well adjusted and have good wrapping technique, so it’s pretty comfortable….

All those reasons all played a role in my decision to use the bib hanger.

Believe it or not I could use more weight much much more comfortably using the vac. My vac has gone up to 25 lbs using the red sleeves. I just need a smaller cup as I have the XL and a Large would be perfect.

Very cool. I have never heard of anyone vacuum hanging with that much weight! For some reason I thought you couldn’t go beyond 12-15 lbs. If you’re safely doing 25lbs, I was very misinformed.

The Bib/ Goals
I am still happy about my decision to use the bib. He’s given me excellent support on his forum. I have studied both forums extensively (bib/ thunders) & I feel like I have the knowledge I need to gain. I got .75" early on in newbie gains. I’m hoping during the next however many months I can gain 1.25" and reach the mythical size of 8". If & after I reach that point I’ll re-evaluate.

To be honest, I lost some motivation after reaching 6.75" BPEL. My flaccid was staying at 4.5-5" most of the time, so I guess I got too comfortable with myself.

Present Routine
I’m still only hanging a few sets a day & resting every few days. After doing this for a month, I’ll try & start increasing the sets. I have slightly increased the weight; I have done a few sets reaching zero fatigue (of course that calls for adjustment!).

Getting In Shape (Non PE)
I’m going to try & be smarter about dieting as well. I was all the way down to 188lbs 6 months ago.. then I went up to 245lbs after getting back from my honeymoon cruise. I’m down to 224 now; so I’ve lost 21lbs in just 3 weeks. I haven’t worked out much, all I did so far was change my diet. My goal is to get back down to 185 or so again & stay there this time & very slowly adjust my diet.

Way to go Blink. I look to you as inspiration with the Bib Hanger. I am going to start hanging, and I have tried vacbased hanging but I get too many problems.

I too am going to try and cut some weight with the P90X program. I’m going to start it later in the week. I’m about 210 lbs about 16-17% bodyfat trying to get down to 195-200lbs and 11-12% bodyfat.

Hey thanks so much! I just made an updated version (I called it 1.1). It’s probably more clear most of the guide didn’t come from me. But I think that’s not the point really—I just wanted to answer some questions a lot of people probably have. I thought my own experience hanging could help others.

I’ve been back a little under 1 month still. I noticed my FSL is only about 6.5"—the same as my BPEL!… I think this clearly explains what’s going on for me. I think I had my FSL up to 7.5" or 7.25" (I’m not sure I had it recorded)—that’s when I was at 6.75". I think I’ll use FSL as a primary measure/ BPEL as a secondary. I’m expected a lot of FSL gains before I gain much BPEL.

After cleaning up the guide, I started to remember what ‘success’ feels like… e.g. what I was doing when I was making good gains. I think my objectives are crystal clear now & I’ve head a nice little refresher course on good wrapping/ good technique.

The guide is probably more useful to me than most who would use it… ThunderSS is going to edit it, I wonder how much it will change.. we will see…

After I realized my skin was way too tight (yesterday), I’ve realized that’s probably going to inhibit my hanging progress unless I take care of it. Today I tried to keep the hanger closer to the base of my penis, and I most definitely felt some skin stretching.

I think I’ll focus on skin stretch for the next two weeks, then hopefully I’ll have at least 2 months before I need to worry about it again.

At that point I’ll focus on my internals & making good progress. I’m curious to see if I need to hang MORE or LESS weight at that point.

Less weight once you grasp the internals more than the skin.
