Hello all, hope your doing good, and happy holidays.

I am taking a break from clamping, and doing manual girth work. I have never done a manual girth routine.. I mean I messed around with one years ago and I never followed through with it. I figured since I have never really done this manual girth work, I might be missing out on some hidden girth gains. I have been going at this routine now for.. Oh about 4 weeks or so. I have made some flaccid gains! My base girth and somewhat of my mid shaft girth has shot up a little. I noticed also.. The temporary gains last longer, then when I was clamping. Also, the expansion is more even. My unit as the natural aspect where it gets thicker as it gets the the base, when I clamped, I would get ridiculous base girth expansion, but the rest of my unit(Mid shaft, the head) would not expand that much at all after a few months, but my base girth kept going up.

So far my EXPANDED state from this manual routine, comes out as
BG: 6.3-6.5(depends on my erection level)
MSEG: 5.7-5.8(depends on my erection level)
HG: Slightly over 5.5!

My current routine looks like this
3 days a week
Warmup: 10 minutes
Stretch: 10 minutes
Jelq or dry jelq: 10 minutes
Uli squeezes: 10 reps, 1 minute each, alternating hands from left to right for each rep.
Dry jelqs: 5 minutes
Uli squeezes:10 reps, 1 minute each
Dry jelqs: 5 minutes
Uli squeezes: 10 reps 1 minute each
Dry jelqs: 5 minutes
Uli squeezes: 10 reps, 1 minute each
Dry jelqs: 5 minutes
3-5 sets of Horse 440s, 10-20 reps(This not might be the correct name, its the one where you do a Uli, then do a reverse jelq and squeeze on your head with the other hand, while holding the Uli)

I am trying to get my mid shaft girth up to a solid 6 inches, I am almost there to.

My question though is, should I do the horse 440s before the sets of Ulis?

Forgot to mention, when you are measuring girth, one thing that is over looked a lot is measuring the actual width of your unit, I mean taking the ruler or tailors tape and going across you shaft and head. This is a good way to gauge girth gains as well.
