StretchingHanging and Girth question
Here’s something that’s been bothering me for the last two months that I’ve been doing my PE’s. I thought I read somewhere about this but I can’t seem to find it again.
If I did strictly stretching exercises, without any addition of girth exercises would it make my unit decrease in girth as it gets longer (stretched out).
I.e. I’m currently 7 1/4EL, 5” EG (appx),
If I were to only do lengthening exercises, would it decrease my girth to, let’s say 8EL, but my girth drops down to 4”?
Or maybe it was the other around, increased girth, less length gains in an girth-only PE.
I hope this makes sense, guys.
Start: 7.5" BPEL 4.75 EG.
Goal: 8" BPEL, 5.5 EG permanent. (or 8.5 x 6)
