Routine

I have done almost everything PE
Weights, up to 30-35 lbs
Jelqing started in 1998
Pumping
Manual stretching
ADS 4-10 hrs daily

Sometimes no PE for months or years
Other times 1 to 8 hours of PE daily, for years on.

Since 2007, until 2023. 15years.
Only grew 1.5 cm. With most of PE done during this time, with gaps.
Probably due to vegetarian diet, low thyroid, etc

I just want to reach 25cm FSL
As of July 2023, it’s at 19cm. 20cm if stretched all out.

Presently been doing PE for 2-8 hours, for past 3 years, almost daily. And still none to 0.5cm gain in length. I wonder if this is the end the growth. But will keep doing PE (jelqs, stretch), see if it grows.

It’s been 5 months of constant hanging. Started from 2.5lbs and now hang

1st set - 10lb - 60mins (BTC, sitting)

2nd set - 15lb - 30mins (BTC, sitting)

3rd set - 20lb - 10mins (standing, swinging)

4th set - 15lb - 20mins (swinging, BTC)

Gains - maybe some ‘strength’ in overall health, but no gains in length

Present stat: 7inch x 5inch

Goal: 9inch x 6inch

Goal time 1-5years
