Greetings Gentlemen,

I have been lurking for a few months now and thought it was about time for a first post. This website is an incredible resource. I never thought it was possible to grow your member through simple manual exercises. If only I had known about this years ago when I was in college!

I have sort of a long and slim member with a downward curve. My stats on a good day (measured along the top of my curve):

BPEL = 7.125"
EG = 4.75"

First goal: 8" x 5.25"
Possible second goal: 8" x 5.5"

I actually tried starting up PE using the Linear Newbie Routine in May, but I ended up experiencing some mild pain sensations in my shaft and glans. I think this was related to the occasional dull pain I already had in my perineum and shaft at the time, which I think is related to some low back pain that I’ve had for a long time.

I backed off the PE and thought it would be wise to resolve the issue with my perineum/shaft before starting back up. So here I am hanging out for the time being, doing muscular exercises and breathing exercises to get the pelvic pain in order, and getting more inspired and informed for the journey to come.

If anyone wants to share accounts of managing pelvic pain alongside PE, I would certainly be interested to hear them.

6/28/20: BPEL 7.125", EG 4.75"

1/9/21: BPEL 7.125", EG 4.875"

Goal: BPEL 8", EG 5.5"
