So I’ve been doing PE on and off(mainly off) for probably 13 years. I’ve done just about every method over that period and have too much equipment now. 😆 I have finally decided to track my work outs and progress this time around hoping that it helps me stick with it. Here’s a my tracker since the new year. I was doing PE before the log so this is not my starting routine. For informational purposes I do not have edema, no red spots, no bruising, no extended soreness, no water blisters, can get it up when needed, and wake up nearly everyday with morning wood.

Stats that I last remember taking(don’t normally measure) was:
BPEL: 6”
Mid EG:4 7/8”

That’s a really nice way of tracking your workouts. I might steal that actually, haha. Do you have any goals short/mid/long term?

You know, I haven’t really ever had a goal of when to stop. I’d just like it to be bigger. I think I’d be happy enough around 7” but I’m sure when I hit that I’ll probably shoot for 8” 🤣

I’ve been trying to decide if I want to incorporate the Bathmate into my routine again. I had the 7 and I maxed that in girth and waited until tip was almost at the tip before upgrading to the 9. If I have time for a bath maybe I’ll give the 7 a go again.

I’ve been thinking about when to actually measure again, but I know you should take a couple days off for rest to get a more accurate measurement and with my routine right now it doesn’t leave much rest time and I’m not really concerned about size right now.

Alright, broke down and measured anyways. Figured I might want to establish a baseline.

BPEL: 6 1/2”
EG: 5 1/8”

Well crap. Silicon sleep ripped today, gonna have to wait until the new ones get delivered.

I had to take about a week off but I’m back to it again. Well minus the vac hanging.

Same here. I slid into PE through rehab. The rehab was successful and I have full function again, but after seeing I was not just healed but larger than I was, I just kept on going. Why quit when you’re winning? If the time comes where nothing gives me any more gains, probably. But I’m hoping that’s a long way off.

Measure three days in a row, then average them to minimize the effect of EQ variation and measurement errors.

I don’t see any reason to stop PE to measure unless you plan on stopping permanently.

I might have to try the 3 day average. After my sleeve ripped, I figured I would get some jelqs in and did 500. After the warm down I ended up edging for awhile just to keep the blood flowing. Tape measure just happened to be on the table so I took a quick measurement and I was just shy of 7” post workout.

Well done tracking your PE and starting a progress log. Quick tip before you get further into recording your tracking. I would isolate the units of measure in your columns and remove text, such as column B “extender” and in columns c&e separate the sets from the set lengths. Keep the columns recording one unit of measure and don’t mix text and numbers.

By doing this you will have an easier time down the road applying formulas as well as creating charts.

That is a good idea, but I have no plans in the future to apply any formulas. This is just to try and keep me motivated. But it looks like once again I will be taking a break from this most likely 😞 getting royally screwed in my divorce so to save money I’ll be living in my car.

Got my replacement sleeves in the mail today. Can’t wait to get some hanging sessions in while I can.

Six days into February and I have logged over half the hours I had in January. I upped the weight to 10 lbs from 8.75 lbs. Time only allowed for one 30 minute hang and didn’t really feel any fatigue. Hoping when I can do multiple sets the fatigue sets in.

With the new weights I have I can go up in 1.25 lb increments up to a max 13.75 lbs.
