Hello gentlemen, it’s been a long time since I posted because I stopped PE for a few months.
I started a new routine light enough to be able to hold it for as long as possible.
It consists of masturbating while wearing a metal penis ring tight at the base, for my part it is the same as clamping, except that it is much more practical to set up.
I also put a ring just below the glans. (I don’t know if it’s useful but I have the impression that it helps to make my penis more swollen during masturbation)
For the moment I am doing 2 sets of 5 minutes each.
Between sets I remove everything and I massage a little bit.
I do this exercise in the shower with hot water, but when I can’t then I just do it with nothing.
I use oil to put on the rings.

I do this routine every day.

I still have the same measurements i started this week :
