Dzani's "After-Injury Routine"

I’ve tried PE in the last few months, I did it for at least 1 month in a row, and then I got injured overdoing stretches and killed my EQ, and I got a numb feeling at the top-shaft of my penis and cold glans. Of course I panicked and decided to take a week to it rest and heal.
Now it feels normal, my glans isn’t cold anymore and my EQ is ok, but I can’t really tell if the numbness is totally gone.

I made some researching and discovered that this kind of injury is very common and it heals, and even saw some people trying PE again after this, and I’m not going to lie, I want to try it again too, but to be honest I’m kinda scared to get injured again, specially while stretching.

I was used to do 3-4 min stretching, each pull holding 30sec (SU,SD,DR,DL,SO)
Then made the mistake of doing 5 minutes with each pull holding 1 min.

Because of that I fell like trying a only Jelq routine, or the Linear Newbie Routine..

I’ll take a few more rest days, and figure out which routine should I be doing.
Any advices will be appreciated :D
