Goodness Gracious! It appears that grip strength is going to be a limiting factor in yet another facet of my life. I was blessed with extremely vascular forearms, but I guess it turns out they are all for show and actually have the strength of an average 12 year old. In the weight room, I am fairly strong for my lean frame, but my grip is the limiting factor on many exercises such as deadlifts, cleans, rdls, and you can imagine how miserable farmers carries are for me.

Maybe it has something to do with my wrists which have a MEG of 6.5 haha! My wrists often scream in pain when I bench. Anyways, today my hands were cramping throughout my entire workout. Time to get one of those gripping machines and double down on my farmer’s carries. It could be argued that PE is a full body compound movement; it should be added to the crossfit games!

Things have been going alright. I am in the process of attempting to quit porn for the nth time. I can consistently hit 5.5 MEG with a full erection, and I could kegel to 5.6 MEG a few mornings last week, but this week wasn’t as good. Am forcing myself to actually put the ruler down for a while this time. Length doesn’t seem to be changing, but I haven’t really measured length that much. I hate measuring length, one because my ruler is metal, and two, because it is very inconsistent. Girth is pretty much the same up from an inflated semi erection to a fully hard dick, but length can change as much as .75 inches from an ok but still hard erection to an extremely aroused one. In addition, it can be difficult to measure the exact same way each time with length, as a slightly different placement of the ruler, angle of eyesight, position of the hips, can change the measurement significantly. That is why I am going to just call my length constant until I am 100% certain that I have gained at least 0.25 inches of length.

Good news is that I have found a way to stretch that works great for me with no pain now. It only really works post shower with a v grip, and I have to make sure to inflate my glans as big as I can get it while completely flaccid before I grip it. It works best right out of the shower due to the enhanced grip plus the great heat, but I can stretch other times if my penis feels ready with this grip. Maybe I’ll gain some length now.

My penis has also been slightly annoyed with me lately, as the people I live with love to keep the house cold, and my dick of course does not like that. It makes it difficult to monitor my PIs when there is little chance of having a big soft flaccid even if I would have had one if it was hot.

It’s a really weird feeling when your dick actually starts to feel different in your hands. PE is so bizarre psychologically. We are taught our whole lives that you are stuck with what you get when it comes to your penis, and to actually feel it transform in my hands from month to month is mind blowing.

Alright so it’s been a bit since I’ve been on here, and I got a couple of updates. First, I think I was overtraining just every so slightly. I was trying to transition from every other day to 2 on 1 off, but I decided that it just wasn’t worth it, and I either felt very sore, had to take 2 days or more off, or had to make one of the workouts extremely light. I went back to every other day, and things were going alright, but I just kinda felt like it wasn’t that effective. Flaccid wasn’t great, workouts didn’t feel as good, so I decided to take a decon break. I have been at this since mid May this year with no breaks more than 4 days, so I figure about 10 days off wouldn’t hurt. 3-4 days in, and my flaccid is extremely soft and big (for me), and my erections have been pretty strong.

I was also feeling slight aches and mild pain in a couple spots on my dick occasionally, and I was just not comfortable with pushing near the point of injury at all, so I backed off. At the start of the decon break, my erection measured 5.5 MEG at the max, but an average erection measured a little under, somewhere in between the 5.375 and 5.5 mark on my tape measure. I have stopped measuring length, and I stopped stretching anyway for a bit because I felt that it was too taxing when combined with my more girth focused workouts, so I don’t really expect any length gains. It will be interesting to see how much gains stick around after this decon break. I do not think l that I will go under 5.375, especially since my CS has grown a lot, and I don’t expect that to just disappear. Who knows, maybe I’ll get some eq gains from the decon break, and my size will stay the same.

On a separate note, my other, arguably more important project, edging/quitting porn/getting my erections rock hard, has been going very well. Over the years, I have successfully trained my dick to either be on the edge of coming or soft, and I have also gone as far as to be able to cum while semi erect due to the overuse of my PC or BC muscle. Masturbating is so much more fun when I am able to keep my dick hard without the fear of ejaculating for long periods of time, and I’d imagine that will translate well to sex whenever I get the opportunity to again (where your damn masks people, so we can beat this virus, and I can have sex!). I haven’t quite quit porn, but I have drastically reduced my consumption. I still sometimes screw up and end up clenching my PC muscle and accidentally near the point of no return, and so I still have to consciously make sure everything is just completely relaxed down there. Overall, I am making good progress on this project which I am happy about.

7 days into decon break. My dick feels good. Flaccid is nice, big and soft. Erections feel good. I think I am going to do 10 days.

Decon Break Over!

Ok, so after a 10 day decon break, I did my first workout again yesterday. I was feeling great, MEG was up a bit actually the few days before to right at 5.5 in the morning, and a bit less at night or during the day. PIs were all great during the last few days, and yesterday the workout I did consisted of 15 minutes of moderate intensity jelqing. I had zero red spots. My dick feels nice and fresh today, and it will be ready to go tomorrow. I will be doing workouts every other day.

Also, I have successfully gone a full week without porn. My dick feels great and masturbation is much better. Oftentimes recently, it is actually hard to make myself orgasm which has always been the goal. I have experienced so many benefits over the last week, and I might start a thread about my thoughts on no porn and even a little bit of no-fap (or at least having a few days where you just don’t touch your dick as a possible treatment to premature ejaculation as opposed to or supplemental to edging).

I had a great jelqing workout yesterday! I was right my jelqing sweet spot of engorged, big fluffy, but not hard. I went for a walk outside before jelqing, and I think it made my unit perfectly warmed up. My flaccid after that walk must have been 80% of my erect volume lol.
