Do you guys are stupid?

if you find a better way to get results:

1. You do what was proved scientifically that gives a) fast results b) securest method c) constant results

or

2. You do what is a) take years to get some result b) more risky c) fickle results

why do you would be keep doing what gives low results?

It don’t make any sense, (right?) just use the logic and you will see that people here keep doing the same thing because 3 reasons.

1. They are stupid
2. They don’t want to be wrong
3. Emotional brain

I think that people here keeping doing some techniques because it give the sense of “I’m doing the right thing” however it is an emotional decisions

I’m not here to offend nobody the title is to get attention because I work use words and I know how to get attention…..

and there this one too, here are some old folks and they had the time to push for hours and if they get fast results they probably lose the purpose of they life…

what they will do if they get what they want in a fast way ?

it’s good for the folks with time however here are the young one and they need to make bank…..

I’m very often questionning myself about this very specific topic.

Not that i think thta i’m right.

But some people seems to have cognitive bias (we all have) towards PE specific methods.

Some others seem to want to be right rather than growing, even with lot of evidence in front of them.

Finally the go big or go home like if you don’t hang 20 pounds on your weiner you aren’t stretching it like if the medical and sport medical related fields doesn’t exist…

At this point it isn’t about a specific routine but a clear bias.

If you could get your gains faster why not? Why would you go out of your way to complicate things, rather than going in, getting your gains and going out on your merry way?

Just because those people had more time on their hands doesn’t mean they are going to gain more. For the last 2 years or so I had more time than I should have had, yet I am barely at the 7” BPEL mark.
