Hey all, excited to join here, I’ve been doing PE for almost 10 years and I’ve had good results.. I’m single now, and I’m closing in on my goal of BPEL 7.5”, and I have the time at home to focus in and hit my PE goals for good.

I started PE in 2013 when I got divorced. I’ve done a lot, with water pumping, manual stretching, jelqing, vacuum stretching, etc. I feel like I’m an experienced PE’er, but I have yet to finish my goals and I’m close to getting there.

I’ve done PE on and off since 2013. But it’s been in fits and starts, I usually quit doing it when I’m in a relationship. All told I’ve probably done 100 to 150 water pumping sessions, maybe 100 stretching sessions, and about 300 hours of vacuum stretching. Honestly, I still feel like I’m at the novice/intermediate level. But I feel like I’ve made great gains for the amount that I’ve done so far. It makes me fully confident I can reach 7 1/2” BPEL.

Water Pumping
Without knowing the general consensus on water pumping here, I love water pumping. My penis works great when I do it, I get better erections, much harder erections, much more frequent erections.

Age and Health
I’m 46 years old and I’m about 20% body fat. My erections and my length go up dramatically when I lose body fat. I was 165 pounds in about 10% body fat in 2019 when I was running a marathon. My penis was the longest it’s ever been at that time.

My Current Plan;
1. Daily; 100 Sessions water pump 10-15 minutes fully erect.
2. Daily; 100hrs Manuel Stretching; I like to read in manual stretch at the same time. I can hold my Kindle with one hand in with my other hand pull my glands underneath my leg up my back. For a really nice manual stretch.
3. Maintain 14% Body Fat consistently with diet and exercise

-Once I get to 100 water sessions, I’m going to measure again. I’m guessing I will hit 7 inches easily with this method. The stretch I like to do while I read targets the ligaments. Which like downward stretching, or downward hanging, it’s literally the same angle.

I spent $200 on a nice vacuum stretcher, but I’m not going to do that again until I do this method for at least 100 sessions, I will reevaluate from there. I work from home and live alone and I can manual stretch all day everyday if I wanted to.

My Questions for the board;
Discoloration - I dated a nurse who told me that you can buy creams that target discoloration, and that women do it a lot. I’d like to buy this, does anyone know exactly what this is? I have some discoloration from jelqing in the past.

Water pump product question; Is it OK to ask questions about a specific water pump here? I know there are sensitivities around promoting products and I don’t want to come off like I’m promoting a product, I have real questions about upgrading.

Happy to join here and get the help I need to hit my goals. Once I hit my goals I’m going to be done with PE. I know it works and I’m a true believer. I appreciate anyone’s feedback. Thank you.

To be clear, did you lose the gains you had from before? If so how much? You’re close to your goal already, fingers crossed it won’t take too long (no pun intended).

When I started in 2013, I was just doing pumping and jelqing, and trying stretching. But I really thought I didn’t do that much, I may have done it for three months max. But not anything overboard. Between 2013 and 2020, I went back to stretching and the pump just a handful of times, and I would say I would never do any real significant amount of PE.

But here’s the crazy thing, even after that little of PE, I know that I made significant gains, and they stayed with me. Like my penis never went back to its original size and always has been larger. I’ve seen a lot of talk about whether your gains last or not, especially with water pumping, and I can honestly say that I think they last. I think if I get up to 7.5 before the age of 50, my penis is going to stay on the larger side for the rest of my life. But I will continue to pump because it makes my EQ top notch.

I really think EQ and size can depend on your sexual partner to. I had a girlfriend for three years that I just left last year, who I could have sex with all day and have multiple orgasms with over the course of an entire day. She turned me on like no other woman ever did. With her I was the hardest I’ve ever been, and hard all the time when I was around her. And then other women that I’ve been with that I can barely get it up for.

Nice to here your gains were permanent, there’s just a few stories popping up recently about losing gains after ceasing PE, which would suck a lot! I guess we should be practicing penis health anyway, the odd pump or whatever for maintenance, but sometimes life gets in the way! I have a pump the same as you but I stick to the ADS as I’ve got great gains so far and until they stop, there’s no need to change anything!

Sounds like you do much consistent PE at all over the 10 years, you probably still have some newbie gains to get even!

Agreed about the woman having a big part in your EQ level! If we’re lucky in life we might meet 1 or 2 of those chicks that just do it for us sexually! They might not even be the hottest chick you’ve met or whatever but psychologically they press all the right buttons!

Yeah, I wouldn’t call it consistent though. Right now I’m in a consistent run of daily PE. I have used my pump about 30 times in the last 60 days. I’m just trying to use my pump as much as possible, and do stretching too. I’d like to get my pump up to 100 pumping sessions in the next three months. And stretch every day about that much too. I don’t think I want to jelq anymore because I don’t like the discoloration. I usually stop PE when I get a girlfriend. But to be honest I don’t want to keep doing it the next time I get in a relationship because of the benefits to EQ.

I’m trying to decide if I should buy a nicer water pump with the handball pump. Has anybody upgraded to one of these “extreme models”? And have they seen better success water pumping with it?

Ok.. The holidays are mostly done, my PE plan now consists of;

- Daily water pump for 10-15 minutes - fully erect.
- Stretch when I read, between the legs and back to target the ligament.
- Get Bodyfat to 14% - currently at 20% so I have work to do with dieting
- Staying in shape - Powerlifting 3x Per week, and 3 Cardio sessions(running, boxing, hiking, snowboarding) per week.
- Keep taking supplements(zinc, Vit D)
- Get Testosterone Measured
- Stay single, unless a GF falls out of the sky(they usually do.)
- No boozy late nights out, no hangovers., no partying

Once I hit 100 Water pumping sessions(35 in.), I will remeasure. That should be by March. I expect to hit 7” by then easily, with 6” Girth.

Just had my blood panel done for the first time in two years. It looks pretty good. Happy about the results, but I would like to improve my testosterone because its lower than it was before. My previous testosterone test was three years ago and I was 750, at age 42. I don’t take TRT supplements, I don’t believe in them.

Thank you, I will try it. Are there any causes to higher shbg? I am a little overweight(20% BF), but overall I am sleeping well, eating well and exercising.

After a ton of reading here in the pumping forums, I have decided to move away from water pumping with a bathmate, and order an air pump. I’m excited about getting an air pump, because after all these years of water pumping, I had no idea about pressure levels, and how they can affect success, and maintaining proper pressure and EQ. So I bought an LA pump, and I’m going to be using it as soon as it gets here.

Random musings;

Whenever I see people talk about PE, online, I see a lot of doubt and a lot of questions as to whether this is real or permanent. I have had permanent gains or at least an inch in length and girth. That’s why I think with PE, someone actually hast to do it before they’re a real believer.

Nothing like having a great cock. My last girlfriend was 15 years younger than me. It was the best sex of my life for three years. We broke up because of lingering incompatibilities it took it’s toll. With her in my 40s, we would have crazy sex multiple times a day. We went on a vacation wants to Chicago and we stayed in the hotel all day and had sex 10 times to completion, with 10 actual ejactulations for me. In my mid-40s… I could actually be having sex with her, ejaculate, still stay hard, put it back in and still keep going, and then ejaculate several again several minutes later. That happened multiple times where I would have multiple ejaculations. I really do believe it’s all about the girl. If you have a real connection with someone, real sexual compatibility, and being turned on, and then also being in shape and healthy, you will have incredible sex, I think a lot of men never meet that person. I found mine but her and I broke up… You can tell after a year I’m still stuck on her.

2022 for me is all about work. Making money, and making myself into the best version I’ve ever been. In 2021 I lost my mom and had to move in order to help take care of her before she passed away. I ended up dating someone, but she wasn’t great and we broke up, I broke up with her. In 2022 I’m not actually pursuing girlfriends. If they fall in my lap great… If not I am solely focused on earning money and taking care of myself. Lifting, going to the gym, running, having fun with friends. You can call this monk mode, but I am social. This year it’s all about results.

Your in the high normal range for your age and body fat %. Its usually high body fat, androgen deficiency, or a soy based diet that would cause high shbg.

Thanks, I ended up watching a lot of YouTube videos about it. SHBG is still somewhat of a mystery… But I think if I can get my body fat down below 14%, it could affect it. I’m going to take another test once I drop some weight. Using the Boron per your suggestions.

Today I just received my LA pump in the mail. It seems like it came within a day of them shipping it out. The purchasing and the shipping was fantastic.

I had my first pump, and that was far away so much better than using a bathmate. Bathmate was a pain in the ass. I don’t take baths or use it in the shower because of infrequent erections in my late 40s now, and with the water and preparation using the bath mate for me was not great.

So glad I found this forum, and found LA pump. I don’t think I’ll go back to water pumping again. I’ll only recommend air pumping now from now on. LA pump is terrific to order from.
