After 10 months of PE this is where I am now, this is my progress and these are my experiences.
The late 4 months I have been slowly over training without noticing. Lately I had three signs of over training. I had a bad EQ, no morning wood and my balls hanged lower and felt “emptier”. I stopped everything since 6 days ago and my morning wood came back(somewhat) and my EQ is improving. I will not do anything until I am fully healed.
After 10 months of consistent PE but with many-many experimentation, my gains are about 1.1” in length (which is nice) and 0.1” in girth (which is little I think). My flaccid is definitely larger (never measured) and I think is a proof that some of my gains are permanent. Also my veins are bigger than ever. For my experience they are crazy big!
On the negative side I feel a little desensitized and I need a little more stimulation which is not always bad because I can perform longer times in sex. As long it does not get any worst…
For my experience on some of the basic functions around PE.
As long as for heating, I have tried 3 methods. Warm-wet towel, rice sock and air-heating machine.
The warm towel is good for a beginner. The bad thing is that the towel gets cooler very easy and you need to rewash it again and again to get warm for 5-10 mins.
The rice sock is good and can heat you to the core but it dries and darkens the skin (unless you are already black) and you can get a little burned.
The air heating machine is the easiest way and can be maintained for the whole process of you PE routine but it does not heat to the core…
As a beginner someone should start with wet jelqs. It’s easier to do and it makes you more familiar with the process with avoiding injury.
Later I went to dry jelqs but I could not keep an erection. What I found out later is that one of my side veins is now really big and when I do OK grip dry jelqs I block its flow. So I have changed my dry jelqs to C grip and when I do them I even get harder…
I bought a bathmate. I am still not sure I use it correctly (for the time of the use) or if it’s going to bring any good results.
During my first time and the wet jelqs. I did an exercise for fixing my bent and I got some minor good results. Maybe I should continue that….
My program was 2-3 days on and 1 off…. My over training came from the force I was applying while jelqing (I think…).
I have to admit that I was not very seriously organized and did not do timely measures or very strict programs and that may have misdirected me and I also may have some wrong conclusions (like, I think that my base girth is thinner now, but since I never did measure my base I can never be sure)
I also admit that I tried to rush things out because I am 38 and I don’t feel I have all the time in the world….
I will have to rethink what I have done so far, process my exercise-results and assess how I will continue…

Goal (Maybe??): 8.0 BPEL , 5.5 MEG
