Thanks man! I appreciate it. It’s been a journey.. Dealt with ED for most of my adult life.

A few things have helped. Meditation has been really calming and has helped break the negative feedback loop that stimulates ED. Cutting out virtually all porn has been useful and led to improved EQ. I’ve used the Subliminator app to plant positive messages about myself, my dick, and my sexual capabilities for a few years now. Check out the the thread “Subliminal PE”.there’s lots of good suggestions in there.

I hear you on the anxiety, buddy. I’ll just say that the more you repeat the words and think positive (dirty) thoughts, the more you begin to believe them. And once you start to believe, you can actually have an effect on your erection through positive thinking. I know it sounds hokey, but it really works for me.

MSEG is up to 5.3. Feeling good. This lighter routine is working for me. Been doing my routine in a hot room, with heater and extra IR heater on.

Positive affirmations have been great for me and I’m going to work on it more. Trying to get some subliminal work going on two for the sessions

25 5-second kegels
Full set of manual stretches
10 min full package pumping at 3-4mg Hg, constant heat
5 min wet jelq
10 min shaft pumping, 4-5mg Hg, constant heat

Adding in a third 10 min pumping session later in the day if feasible. Lots of kegels and milking the tube when pumping. Building up to 20 min pumping sessions.

Will measure in the next day or two.

Hi GalacticalActual,

Seems that pumping has been a game changer for you.
I’m very eager to obtain my pump but I will wait until I hit the 6 month mark of extender wear + jelq just to make sure I’m “conditioned” avoid injury.

I wanted to ask, have you ever gone more than 10 mins in a session of pumping, and have you ever gone above 5mg Hg, or do you plan to?
