First post here in quite some time. I just had a pretty stellar session of PE. Basically the newbie routine, plus edging at the end. I’ve been doing PE sporadically for about six months. But I’m getting addicted to it. It feels pretty fantastic getting that great jelq going. I generally do close to fully erect Kegels and jelqs.. I usually just ease back a little on the grip pressure to avoid injury.

I’ll post some stats in a day or two. But the dick felt fat and big today. It was a good feeling. Lady friend had some nice things to say about it this past weekend when I was visiting. Cheers y’all.

Going to add some pumping to my newbie routine, 1 day on, 1 day off.

Lots of Edging

I’ve essentially added near constant edging to my newbie routine. Basically it breaks down like this.

Heat wrap, 10 min
25 kegels in sets of 5, 1:15 edging between sets
Reapply heat, 5 min
Manual stretches
25 more kegels with edging in between sets
Heat, 3 min
14 minutes erect jelqing (keep the pressure reasonable)
Then 20 minutes edging

Whole thing takes about an hour and twenty minutes. I’m really having trouble keeping from edging on off days, however. Finally mastering avoiding the PONR, which I think will help will premature ejaculation issues.

I’m pretty much keeping erection levels around 95-100%. Thoughts? I’m at probably eight months of relatively consistent PE, so I think my dick is conditioned now.

The routine seems to me to be favoring girth increase over length (which I don’t mind).

I’m still stuck at 5.25 MSEG.. I think I may add some whole package pumping to my newbie routine. I was surprised.. I feel thicker, which is great, but it didn’t reflect on the tape measure.

I’d like to hit 7.75 x 5.75, I think.

7.1x5.3. EQ has been fantastic lately. Just been working out (non-PE) a bit more, in addition to every other day noobie routine PE. Girlfriend is enjoying.. The mental approach

I’ve found that working on my mind has been just as important as PE in conquering my ED. Today, I’m not worried about whether my dick will work. I know it will, because I’ve spent hours and hours with positive affirmations designed to retrain my mind. I’ve used subliminal programming and meditation, pretty much constantly over a period of two years or so. I thought it was ridiculous when I started. But I stuck with it, and now I just know those affirmations are real.

The key to everything in PE and resolving ED, in my experience is consistency and both a physical and mental approach.

On that note, I’m switching up my newbie routine to one based more upon pumping. Both full package and shaft only pumping, low pressure, preceded by kegels and interspersed with jelqing. Next stop 7.5 x 5.5.

Read on here on several occasions that kegel must be avoided once doing jelqs routine.

Give it two hours after to do your kegels.

And also edging should be avoided after the jelqs for two hours and before as well.

Free to choose what is good for your cock.

Interesting, Nat. I’ve not read that before. I typically start a session with kegels, so hopefully that jives with what you’re referring to. Previously I’ve finished with jelqing. For now, I think the routine will be:

25 5 second Kegels
Set of regular stretches from newbie routine
25 5 second Kegels
10 minutes full package pumping
5 minutes jelq
10 minutes regular pumping
5 minutes jelq
10 minutes regular pumping

We’ll see how it goes!

Boring meeting, working at home, taking advantage of the time to get some nice edging in.

Revised routine. One day one day off, just lowered the number of kegels and eliminated the last pumping set. And really focusing on lowering the pumping pressure, under the theory that less is more, listening to gprent and other experienced pumpers. EQ is excellent, morning wood is good, feeling big. PE life is good.

25 5 second Kegels
Set of regular stretches from newbie routine
10 minutes full package pumping (1-3 mm HG)
5 minutes jelq
10 minutes regular pumping (2-4 mm HG)
5 minutes jelq

Good Session

Enjoying the limited length sessions these days. I think halving the kegels to 25, as well as mixing in jelqing between pumping sets, while keeping the jelqs of the low intensity variety, has helped. Haven’t measured in a while, but girth feels improved. I may switch to a smaller pump in order to work on length.. Seems like girth is coming a little faster for me.
