Pushed it a little today. The tension buildup is appreciable during the cooldown and it is harder to remove the device when staying in it for the cooldown. I don’t like it but it is a more controlled situation compared to the manual stretching so I have to favor it. This last month has gone great and am wondering if it continues or if I stall. If I don’t stall I think I’m going to add another 5mm extension and keep it going. We’ll see here soon in the next few weeks.

My bias is that there are not outsized gains remaining, but given how well this has gone the last month, maybe there is a little more and the combination of the long deload and the therapeutic heat is coaxing that out.

Well today I screwed up the attachment. I wasn’t paying attention and pinched a little bit of skin and at 27.5 minutes it was becoming intolerable.
