Heat tolerance was much better this morning, so went a little longer. I suspect that the longer sessions with medium heat are probably more effective but time has been limited lately. Okay the Glans head swell was very robust so took advantage of that to increase the progression. I would say that the glans condition was good at the end but there was one spot that was slightly more inflammed than I would like and so we will pay attention to that going forward. Maybe 60 to 70 was too big a jump, especially when combined with the increase in tension increases from 6 to 7 half turns.

Lowered the heat to low at 37.5 minutes and was able to go longer with the heat.

As a reminder I did have to remove the 1/4" spacer at the start of this campaign and that has to be added back as the goal of this campaign involves getting to max length in the extender with that additional spacer. We have a long way to go.
