Howdy TP.

Been lurking for awhile, and finally decided to take the leap in search of a bigger unit. I’m starting off with the newbie routine, 2 days on, 1 day off. I’m also using a space heater whilst doing my routine. For jelqing, I’m using coconut oil.

My starting measurements are 16-17 cm BPEL, 14-15 cm NBPEL, EG 5.1 inch at base, 5.0 inch mid shaft, or 12.75cm. Measuring erect BPEL and NBPEL is inconsistent as I have a pronounced curve, both upwards and to the left. I also have a significant fat pad that I am trying to lose. I have measured BPEL as high as 18cm although I think this is more likely a measurement error. It can be difficult to get a true measurement because of the curvature. Any recommendations TP? I’m currently using a waist tape measure.

My goals for PE are first and foremost, to correct my curvature and bend. I believe that a straightened penis will automatically give me an extra 1/4 to 1/2 inch. My first size goal is 7.5 inches BPEL, 7 inches NBPEL and 5.5 inches E.G. My long term goal is 8.5 inches BPEL, 8 inches NBPEL and 6 inches E.G.

Day 1
5 minutes warm up
10 mins stretching (this was difficult, had to wait for my penis to remain in a flaccid state, so not much stretching was done)
15 mins jelq
5 minutes warm down
20 mins edging (ejac)

Day 2
5 minutes warm up
10 mins stretching (slightly better stretch, still struggled remaining in a flaccid state)
15 mins jelq
5 mins warm down
30 mins edging (no ejac)

Day 3 (rest)

Day 4
Hot bath to warm up (30 mins)
10 mins stretching in bath (much better stretch and warmup, and stayed flaccid throughout)
10 mins stretching (much better stretch, less struggle with remaining flaccid although ligs still feel really tight. Mostly stretching in penis, not at base, ligs?)
15 mins jelq
5 mins warm down
30 mins edging (ejac)

I always welcome feedback on my routine and appreciate the countless success stories on here that serve as additional motivation and have helped to inspire me to attain a large unit for myself. Much thanks to all of you, especially thoughtfulgold.

I plan on doing this routine for a total of 3 months and then either adding a vacextender or hanging. Also open to adding additional manual exercises in lieu of buying equipment, or until gains plateau, but would really like to achieve a straightened penis, which seems to necessitate the use of an extender or hanging.

Welcome brew8. I wouldn’t worry about measuring errors, I firmly believe that there is always an error in people measuring so just stick to the way you do it to hopefully give you an idea on the gains. Stay consistent and listen to your PI it all you really need right now. Good luck.

Day 6

It seems as if I’m hanging a little lower and fuller; my penis seems to be responding well to the PE I’ve been doing.

At what point would it be beneficial to add in different exercises? Would anyone recommend using an ADS, and specifically, which one?

The general principle is you do not change anything unless you are 1000% sure it doesn’t work anymore.

Many members had gains with a specific routine and decided to speed up things a little while still gaining or going well. The result was injury or plateau.

Do not rush it.

If your penis responds well to what you are doing keep doing it until you see no more progress. Then change something.

I’m experiencing really great positive PI, but haven’t really felt exhaustion, or the feeling of having worked out. I also feel like keeping my bratwurst in an extended state for more of the day would also help to cement the progress and prevent retraction. I definitely don’t want to rush it and plateau. Any thoughts?

Perhaps what I will do is remain using manual stretches and jelqs but slowly work up to longer routines, until I find a point where slight fatigue begins to set in. Only then, after a few more months, will I explore adding something else. I will continue to rely on the wisdom and experience the community has to offer as well as diligently pay attention to my own body. Except for stretches to the left, right and (straight down) almost BTC, I’m not really feeling like I’m getting a solid stretch? Any advice to better stretch the penis, ligs?

My penis is no longer getting hard during stretches and I’m able to maintain 50-60% during jelquing without achieving an erection.

You don’t need exhaustion. That’s the point. You just need possitive PIs for growth. That’s it. Keep doing what you are doing. No other advices for now.

Down from 207 pounds a month ago to 199 pounds today.

Day 9 and 10 off

Wanted to restart my routine with an easier workout as to take the advice on here and slowly increase my regimen. Don’t want to overdo things. Also, no longer finishing while edging. Going to abstain from masturbation from now on.

I’m used to having the mindset of pushing ones self physically from sport and weightlifting, but I know PE is very different. While I look forward in the future to trying out different exercises, etc., I will continue to stick with the newbie routine for at least 3 months. I plan on adding 10 jelqs every week.

Hey TP, all is well here. Continued along with the newbie routine, decided it wasn’t beneficial to post every work out here, so I decided to follow others lead and write things down in a journal. As it stands, I’ve realized some initial gains over the past few months.

Current stats
BPEL: 6.5 in——->7.125 in (little bit over 18cm)
EG: 5.0 in———>5.1 in (mid shaft)

Thus, I have realized a length gain of about .625 inches BPEL or 1-2cm, and a girth gain of about .1 inches.

I have calmed down a lot and heeded the advice of others regarding practicing patience. I realize that I have a long road ahead of me, and the gains may not always come so easily. However, I’m willing to put in the time and effort necessary to achieve my goals.

I would appreciate advice from the community in terms of how to proceed. I’m still interested in hanging (bib,vacuhanger, lghanger), but would also consider utilizing additional manual exercises before moving to the use of machines and tools. I would like to focus on length gains and then girth gains, and ideally I would get to 8-8.5 BPEL before focusing on girth exercises (clamping, pumping). I’m currently just doing the newbie routine, albeit, a longer version of it. I’m doing about 10-15 minutes of manual stretching and 10-20 minutes of jelqing, as well as kegels during my workout and throughout the day.

Thank you all for taking the time to read and I hope for continued success for the rest of TP. So far, this journey has forced me to face a few personal demons, especially why I’ve long been obsessed with my penis size. A few women along the way damaged my ego and psyche, and porn has also ingrained in me from a young age feelings of inadequacy. While I’m not 100%, I’m starting to heal and let go of the past, and accept myself as I am. That is all for now.
