I was skeptical, as most people are, in the beginning. I heard about PE almost 10 years ago and tried a couple excercises. I quickly found out it was too time-consuming and that it wasn’t for me. I didn’t even know if it would work. At 6.1” BPEL x 4.25” MSEG I’m what they call average, but I’ve always been self-conscious about my size when having sex - especially being 5’10 and 210lbs without much fat.

1,5 month ago I started doing some research and tried again. I’ve been very consistent - and to my surprise, I’m up 0,6” in length and 0,2” in girth in this short amount of time. I don’t contribute this to better EQ alone, as I took measurements two weeks in, when I already had noticeable difference. To me this is proof that it actually works - and that’s why I will stick with it - just like going to the gym. Doing this for Me, not for anyone else. I call it self-improvement.

I will take new measurements January 1st and update stats with pictures, while also typing down my routine and hopefully get some pointers as well.

Like everything else I do in life, I have a small window of obsession when I start doing something new. I’ve spent the time picking up things here and there, trying most exercises, figuring out what works for me. I’ve been following the newbie-program here on this forum. A few weeks in I bought a traction device and a bathmate, just because I was curious. I’ve been using the bathmate for warming up, because I don’t feel like it contributes to much more than water retention and skin stretching for me. The traction device I’ve been wearing on average 4 hours per day, the past four weeks. It took a week or two to get accustomed to it, but no matter what I do (so far.) my dick don’t get tired or sore whatsoever, so I haven’t had many rest days. I go by feel, like I do with everything else regarding my body (for instance, weight training). Over the years I’ve been good at listening to my own body ;)

So basically.. The newbie-program (I do less jelqs and a few 30sec sets of slow squash jelqs and a couple sets of 3min clamping with my hand as well. Started this one month in.) Traction device, some bed fowfers before sleep.
I think its highly individual what you can take. It may seem like much since I’m a newbie, but for me - it works. I can’t recommend anything for anyone else. There are a lot of people getting injured, so be careful and gentle.

I just wanted to share my experience so far. Maybe some new guys would be interested in what I’m doing. I would also like feedback, if anyone is willing :)

So - new measures in!

Its been almost two months of being pretty consistent. I’ve slowly worked myself up to what I’m doing now, which is:

Morning: 10min low pressure bath mate, 100 jelqs

During the day: Average 4h extender, 900g traction force

Evening: 12min manual stretching, 100 jelqs, [30sec slow squash jelq (times three) - 3min clamping with my hand] <- times three. I end with 10min low pressure bath mate.

Its probably a lot, but I’ve had extra free time lately. I don’t get sore, my PI’s are good. I do this 2-3 days and 1 day off. On my days off I usually still extend.

Starting size:
BPEL 6.1”
MEG 4.25”

Current size:
BPEL 6.8”
MEG 4.65”

I’ve tried not to be “generous” while measuring. I don’t kegel or try to stick the ruler inside my body, if that makes sense. Gentle push. My starting measure were also one week in where I noticed notable difference in my EQ and I’d say it was near 10/10 while measuring both times.

I know there are a lot of guys here looking for definitive proof. I did too, but thought I’d rather just try and see for myself. Little did I know, my progress have been pretty good and steady since I started. I know I probably won’t experience the same growth in the time coming, but I also know now that I won’t give this up because it is actually working for me.

I would also like to add, I had two days off prior to my latest measures - so I consider it to be without any temporary girth due to workout.

Amazing results this far! I myself started PE little over week ago and my starting size is very similar to yours. I have 6.3” BPEL x 4.4” MSEG. I know I’m average, or actually little bit above length wise. But I have been self conscious about my size since I have very small flaccid size. My dick has weird habit to turtle a lot and I feel like this is restricting me. I just wanna feel normal when using public locker rooms and swimming halls. Since I live in Finland we also use Sauna a lot within our friend group and I always feel ashamed. Have you noticed any flaccid gains yet? My dick feels warmer during the day and turtles a lot less since I started PE. Something’s clearly working and I feel a lot happier since I’ve seen small gains already.

I just finished my third month! This is an update to my experiences and progress so far.

Girth:

I’ve slowly moved up to 10min x3 clamping, which I do in the morning, followed by 15min light pumping. 10 minutes break between all sets. When I first started, I found out that I needed to constantly kegel and also watch porn to keep the expansion I wanted for the full duration. I don’t want to crush my dick doing one “click” more than what already feels tight.

I was reading a bit and saw some people using two cable clamps instead of one. This is working very well for me. When I attach the second cable clamp on top of the first one, the pressure builds up better and I can keep the expansion without the need of stimulation.

Double clamping has gotten me to the point where I see some dark red spots on my glans, which usually goes away within a day. Has happened twice. I have never experienced anything like this, until now, even though its considered normal.

Regarding breaks, I’d say its an average 3 days on 1 day off. I try to listen to my dick and make IT decide on when to take a day off.

Length:

Length consists of extending. I don’t do hand stretching anymore. This is because girth is my main focus and I don’t want to spend too much time doing PE.

I moved from a strap extender to a vacuum extender this month, with great success. Its very comfortable and I use it minimum 4h/day. I average around 5h.

I may note that I’ve always done strap extending with foreskin covering my glans. Its simply too slippery if I don’t. I can feel the different pull inside my penis using the new extender.

Problems I’ve encountered with the vacuum extender are regarding my sort-of-tight frenulum. I’m uncut and the vacuum pulls my frenulum and some of the bottom part of my foreskin into the chamber. Wearing it one hour at a time is not a problem, but it swells up quite a bit and it does get a little sore. I think this will get better in time. I’ve already noticed my frenulum loosening up and stretching. This is a nice “side effect” for me. Never had any frenulum problems, but I always knew it was tighter than what Id like it to be (purely cosmetic.)

Sometimes I switch to the strap style extender for an hour or two in the evening, if my glans and frenulum says no ;)

New measurements:

Haven’t been feeling well the past days. Common cold. This lead me to a four day rest from PE, which is the most I’ve had since I started. I would then probably eliminate any temporary gains, which is good.

I woke up with a good ol’ morning wood, went back to sleep. Woke up later completely soft and quite cold, since I opened up a window. I decided to measure regardless with what Id say was a normal 8/10 erection. My previous measurements have been a solid 10/10 morning wood, in my opinion.

As of 30/01/20

BPEL 7.08” (last month - 6,8” - start 6,1”)
MSEG 4,6” (last month - 4,56” - start 4,25”)
NBPEL 6,4” (first measurement)

Pretty happy with this, being after four rest days and an “ordinary” erection ;) This means I’m still gaining for sure and totally eliminates the assumption that my gains were purely increased erection quality.

Same here! I’ve noticed less turtling (I usually turtle A LOT) , my flaccid feels fuller and a little longer. Used to feel very self conscious in public showers. I used to get nervous about being naked in saunas, public showers etc. And would then turtle up more. I started showering at the gym recently, to get over my ‘fear’ - and I have to say its working well. PE has already made me more confident :-)

As someone also in love with bodybuilding I love the parallels between PE and Bodybuilding. You already made solid gains, keep the dedication!

You stopped with the strap extender, did you see any benefits to the vacuum extender vs the strap one?
