Best Time For PE

Hi guys, today I did my routine immediately after lunch. In your experience, is there a better time of day to do PE?
Definitely a stupid question, but it’s a curiosity of mine. Does full/empty stomach make a difference?

If I can do home office I wear the extender all day.
If I can’t fo home office I wear the extender on the commute.

Whichever the case, I will usually jelq and pump in the evenings.
Personally I find this the best time to do it since you do not have any responsibilities to return to after.

Not a stupid question. Physically, there is no difference for me. But I like mornings because I get it out of the way.

I do vac hanging, so I tend to do it in the morning before my day begins. With that said however, I have been doing it right before bed for the last few nights just to see if there is a difference. So far, I haven’t noticed anything, but it is still early.

My logic for making the switch is that my dick has a better chance of healing at night since I am not active. During the day, I have on jeans, I’m moving a lot, and I’m sitting down. All of these, in my opinion, keep my dick from healing properly.

I usually do PE in late afternoon 7PM. After dinner and I go to sleep.

I also believe that another important thing is to be mentally free from various commitments (work or other)

I think this is important.

To me the glans seems most robust first thing in the morning, so for extending with a noose as an attachment I would say morning. For other treatments I would think it would matter less.

I’m currently hanging with fire right before bed. Feels nice to do it then bed fowfers as i drift off and feel nice and long in the morning.

My routine is about to get a shakeup tho and will probably switch to mid morning instead. I guess the proof will be in the pudding either way.

I have often wondered about the effect of the human bodies natural cycle, the nocturnal erections. Is it better to workout so to speak before hand say at night time or after in the morning. I suppose its the same thing in a way, your extending the bodies natural workout time.

Lots of variables to take into account in a perfect world, and training could be undertaken at any particular time. Even a few hours difference might change things. Say if you trained straight after waking up, extending the night, morning woods or wait a few hours. The same could be said for night time, few hours before sleep or right before sleep.

I didn’t notice any difference in my results either. So far, it seems like it is really personal preference. For me, I think I am going to keep hanging in the morning. It is nice to go through out the day, and feel the minor aches and tingles. If anything it help brighten my day.
