Hey thanks for the encouragement! Yeah I seem to be able to make good girth progress but I stopped it a while to see if I could break my length plateau. I’ll consider trying some different stretches if this doesn’t work or maybe more time under tension. I don’t know about bundled stretches though…I thought those were a girth exercise? At least that was my understanding when I read about them.

I didn’t continue to push her to find out how she felt about the big dick or get any details about who it was. She really didn’t like talking about it and doesn’t like talking about my exes either. I think if I kept pushing her I could, but thinking about it reminded me of how it felt to look at cuckold porn, and its not a feeling that I enjoy or think is healthy (for me, not judging other people’s lifestyles). I have not been honest with anyone about it because it had gotten pretty crazy when I decided to give it up last weekend. I deleted every single scrap of porn from my computer and phone. This was over 50 gigabytes, mostly photos, but I had started downloading more and more videos of late so the size of the folder was growing fast. Looking at porn, and the masturbation that went along with it have become too big a part of my life and I finally decided to take some drastic steps to break the habit. I don’t know the last time I went a day without looking at porn and masturbating. I always chalked it up to having a very high sex drive and needing to do it to stop being distracted by my arousal, but now I’m not so sure. I haven’t gone multiple days without orgasm (or lots of edging) in so long that I don’t remember what it was like to go a week without one or if I still have the same sex drive I used to. I have tried to scale it back multiple times, reasoning that if I just looked at pictures of attractive women during masturbation, I wouldn’t suffer from the process of resorting to more and more extreme porn that many porn-watchers find themselves doing. But always the pictures of attractive mostly clothed women turned to attractive nude women, turned to softcore amateur porn, turns to hardcore amateur porn, turns to full blown hard core porn. I never have been a person of moderation and I always find myself sliding down any slippery slope that I encounter. I could keep going on about how big a problem it is, but I’d prefer to get into what I want to do about it.

I have deleted all my porn. Starting today, I will not masturbate and if I really feel the need to orgasm I will convince my girlfriend to help me achieve it. I will not download any porn (or anything I might use as masturbation material). I don’t do well managing doing things in moderation or using self control and do better if I set up situations in which I don’t have to exercise self control, so I will not be keeping any “masturbation material” anywhere and I will look into finding some kind of porn blocker for my computer. After doing this for a while when it doesn’t seem so hard I may add masturbation back in but not porn.

Your right I think bundled stretches are more aimed towards girth but I was just listing some example of more dynamic stretches, there’s a lot of them. But definitely time under tension. Look into marineras post about stretching. Super high quality info, I’ll shout out psychopath for bringing the attention to it.

So when you are able to re train your brain to be able to be stimulated mentally, and not just visually, things will be much more on point.

Thanks for the encouragement :) so far it hasn’t been too hard, making sure I don’t have idle moments at home alone is key. I’ll update again about it in a week or two.

Did a preliminary end-of-month measurement and it seems I have gained little to no length, and focusing almost exclusively on length means my girth has backslid around a quarter inch, as expected. I’m not sure if there is a way to know if I need to change the angle of hang, add weight or add time. I think I am going to try slowly adding weight while trying to more quickly add time. This month I definitely didn’t do as many hours of hanging as I could have. I wish I had tracked every workout so I knew how many sets I did a week. I’d estimate it to be 10-15 (tending towards 10) sets a week, and the highest weight I reached was 8.25 lbs. I am going to shoot for 20 sets a week next month and work my way up to 10 lbs. To aid with this I’ll also be getting a bib starter, as the homemade hanger I’ve made is starting to be uncomfortable at higher weights.

I’ve also been reading xeno’s progress log and I would like to try IPR but I probably should discover what weight/number of sets is required for me to start gaining length. I want to put off hanging the crazy weights xeno used as long as possible.

Another thought I had was that we are getting rid of our room mate in may, so it may be better to just focus on girth until then. This would certainly be more convenient and I am confident that I could make gains for that time, but then I have heard that higher girth makes length gains more difficult so it may be better to just tough it out and figure out a way to make hanging gains in my current situation. In either case, I will no longer completely neglect girth work as I want to at least get back to 5.625 and maintain there. I’ll think about it more going into the new year, but anyone more experienced who would like to comment on these ideas would be appreciated.

I ordered a Bib Starter so whenever that comes I will start using it. I’m looking forward to getting it because I am having a lot of discomfort with my starter hanger as I approach 10 lbs. I think this is also partially due to some tenderness from girth work I overdid yesterday. After reading xeno and others’ logs, I have decided there is no reason not to spend a third or so of my PE time on girth, to at least maintain, despite the fact I am focusing on length. I’m not sure I’m going to be able to follow IPR micro-cycles and still get in my goal of 20 sets per week, so I think I am going to keep it simple and go for that 20 and try to find where I start making gains and then once I have that threshold figured out, then consider working it into IPR. I want to continue researching it as well to find out some other peoples success. The idea of taking a month off sounds agonizing but also somehow very appealing as it would allow for a psychological disconnection from PE. I think having the ability to disconnect from PE is probably very healthy and something one would have to work on to be successful in the R phase. And if it actually is a solid methodology, then great. Also the additional time freed up during the R phase would be way cool. I find it a bit scary though, because I stopped doing girth work for 2 months and my EG plummeted so I worry that at least right now, it would do the same during a P and R phase. Anyways, going to see if there is anyone still on this forum doing IPR and continue reading up on it.

I have a couple goals and resolutions for the new year that are PE related that I thought would be good to post here for my own benefit.

Short term goals (first 6 months):
1) add 3/8ths inch BPEL. This would put me at 8.325 BPEL.
2) regain 5.625 EG, then add 1/8th inch EG, for a total of 5.75 EG.

End of year goals:
1) .75 inch added to BPEL. This would put me at 8.75 BPEL total.
2) Reach 5 7/8ths inches EG

In general I intend for the girth goals to take a back seat to length goals at least for the time being. I want to break the through the length wall I have hit but perhaps after I break it (or fail to) my perspective and priorities will shift. If I was never able to gain length again I guess it wouldn’t be so bad. I’m pretty confident I can reach 6” EG if I focused primarily on girth. For now though, this is the plan.

Received the Bib Starter (Thanks for the quick shipment Mrs Bib!) but could not intuitively figure out how to use it so I googled it and in doing so discovered I had been hanging completely wrong the whole time which explains why it was so painful. I had been hanging with my foreskin completely retracted, with the hanger either directly pressing up against the backside of the head (ouch) or directly on the head, creating a ton of pressure (also ouch). I’m now doing my first set ever at 10 lbs and it is much more comfortable than any set I ever did anywhere above 5 lbs on the old hanger. Anyways, just thought I’d check in and mention that.

Oh, also, after doing girth work every 3 days or so for the last week of 2017 and once in the beginning of 2018 I am already regaining girth quickly and am fast approaching my old highest volume ever, which is very encouraging. I think I may try to a routine somewhat like this:
Day 1: 5 sets hanging
Day 2: 4 sets hanging
Day 3: 1 set hanging, girth work (jelqing, horse440s, maybe Uli #3)
Repeat once for days 4-6, then one day off. This would achieve the 20 sets a week I am targeting and would also allow a bit of rest from hanging on the girth-focused days, and allow girth recovery on length-focused days. Obviously I’ll reduce volume or add a rest day if it starts feeling like I’m unable to recover.

Finished the beginning of year block, now I’m taking two weeks off. Its only been a couple days but already its tough to fight the temptation to get the PE stuff out and train my unit. I’ve also noticed that with no PE to do my desire to masturbate has been higher. I guess that makes sense. I did some preliminary measurements on 1/30/2018 and got 5 9/16ths EG and 8 1/16ths BPEL. This means I am back to being tied with the highest girth I’ve ever had, and tied with the highest length I’ve ever had. I also for the first time am seeing NBPELs around 7 inches. I have actually gained weight, so it definitely isn’t due to fat pad reduction. Here’s to hoping I continue to gain over the next 2 weeks or so.

I think in my next hanging block, I am going to try OTS as a secondary angle of attack. I’ve been doing exclusively straight down, but I know there is a limit to how much you should attack one angle, and I noticed something. When I tilt my lower pelvis back (think arching your back) my penis gets significantly shorter. This is the tendons on the underside of the penis being pulled by the pelvis. I also notice that I seem to be noticeably shorter when on my back and my penis is pointing up, laying on my belly. Practically this would come into play when the girlfriend rides me, so I’d definitely like to see if stretching those underside tendons could be helpful, at least for that. I am also considering going a bit lighter with the girth work in this next block, as the goal was only to reach my old girth and hold there while focusing on length. Reducing girth work slightly could allow me to add a couple hanging sets per week.

I really really hope hanging is working. As it currently stands, it seems very easy for me to gain girth, but I am having the damnedest time trying to gain length. I have some leftover tubing from when I made my homemade bib that I cut to my goal size, so I could have a visual and tactile model of the goals I wanted. I now know that the girth (6”) is definitely achievable. The length however seems like it is going to be harder. I will persevere nonetheless.

Finished my mini decon. Was hoping that length and/or girth would miraculously gain a bit at some point towards the end of the two weeks, but that doesn’t seem to have happened. The biggest measurement that I got was 8 and 1/16ths inches BPEL (mayyyybe 1/8th but it was too questionable to tell for sure), and 5 and 9/16ths inches MSEG. This makes me think that maybe the 2 week break wasn’t as helpful as I hoped. I may cut my break down after next block who knows.

Anyways, seems like despite my efforts to increase my hanging sets I didn’t make much progress on length in the six weeks or so I worked on it. I’m not sure if maybe this means I need to keep plugging away at primarily straight-down hanging or if this means I need to try something else. I think I am going to try stretching the tunica, because if I’m wrong about the ligs having more room to grow, I should at least be able to make some gains stretching the tunica, but if I try to stretch the ligs more, then I could just be wasting my time. I really would like it if someone more experienced with hanging weighed in on this.

I think I am going to try mainly tunica stretching this block as well as some OTS for a secondary angle. I think for girth I will focus on ULI #3 this block and see if I cant get the girth near the head closer to what the midshaft girth is.

It is becoming harder to get time to hang so until we move in April I am going to have to just hang whenever I can. Because of my room mate’s new schedule I only can squeeze in two sets each morning. I will do that minimally, and try to squeeze in a couple more in evenings here and there. I think doing it this way I can still get the same total volume, but it is going to be more haphazard and rely on me consistently getting a couple sets in on evenings when I’m at home at night.

Attempts to increase hanging sets per week despite limited time and privacy have been unsuccessful, and I have barely been able to match my previous number of sets per week. Luckily though, when I return from vacation in a couple days, we will be moving into a new apartment (just the girlfriend and I, no room mate anymore) so I will have more privacy. I also ordered an IR lamp and bulb, realizing that one thing that has changed since I was regularly gaining was my completely forgoing heat so I could have time to add in more hanging sets. I hope that lack of heat has contributed greatly to my lack of length gains and that with the use of this IR lamp I can resume length gains. Also, I am going to be committing to going for tunica gains in the next block, doing straight out and trying some fulcrums.

Been a couple months so I’m checking back in. I have been finding that hanging is too time consuming, and I have been trying to find some alternative that will fit into my lifestyle. I have been thinking of it like dieting. Some diets might be better than others, but the best diet is no use if you can’t stick to it. So I have been trying to find a method of increasing length that I can stick to. Monkeybars Auto Xleeve thing seems to fit this bill the best and so I have been trying it out. I have lots of hours in it so far, but last time I measured no measurable growth. Its sort of a vacuum hanging attachment mixed with a very light extender. There is a long silicone sleeve with a cap and the silicone sleeve lightly “pushes” against your pubic bone to create the light extender effect. From what I have read however, that might not be enough on its own so I have also been using it with a bungie while at work, which allows me to put in roughly 40 hours a week with the bungie, as well as some light weight hanging when I happen to be at my computer. The ease of use and extreme comfort compared to other forms of PE have made it quite easy to put a lot of hours in. I have even been wearing it at night, just the sleeve and cap, and a couple nights even slept through the whole night this way. Hopefully the bungie pull 40 hours a week plus the ADS (just the sleeve and cap) will be enough to create some change. Monkeybar says it works, just slowly. I find its interesting that a person can put faith in something even over very long time-frames if they feel confident in the outcome. I feel confident this will work if I put in enough time under tension. Now to log another 800 or so hours with the thing.

Checking back in. Reread my initial post and my initial goals and measurements were ridiculous. I had no idea what the sizes I was talking about actually were and my measurements were way off. I’m going to do a more detailed update of my training in the last year or so at some point but I just thought I’d check in saying I have had success with vacuum hanging and ADS, as well as some pumping mixed with clamping and manuals. Current measurement up to 8.5” BPEL and 5.5” MSEG. Might actually be a smidge over 8.5” BPEL already, with my current hanging block, but I’ll wait to confirm that.
