Hello TP,

I have tried PE sporadically a couple times in the last couple years, but never enough to notice any significant gains. I started once or twice, doing PE one or two times a week, and then petering out after less than a month. I’ve been thinking about doing it the last year or so, but didn’t want to hide it from my live-in girlfriend, and felt somewhat embarrassed about it. I ended up finally mentioning it to her the other day, and she didn’t seem too out, so I think I can give it a go, guilt-free. I have found that for my strength training, keeping a diary helps keep me accountable and organized, so I am setting myself up to succeed by doing the same with PE.

I tried measuring a couple times the last couple days, and seemed to get varying results, but I’m going to go with the high end of the range for my starting measurements, so I have a more realistic view of my gains moving forward.
BPEL: 7.625
EG: 5.625

I’m primarily interested in gaining girth, but gaining some length would be fun as well, and I understand length is easier to come by. If we are talking about hopes and dreams, 8” girth would be incredible, but I would honestly be very, very happy just to add an inch to my girth. An inch or so on length would be nice too, as some more acrobatic sex positions can require more length. I guess my reasoning for doing PE is worth mentioning. I don’t feel insecure, but I think I would enjoy having a bigger piece, and I think it would better match my body. I am pretty muscular, so having what seems to me to be be an average-thickness tool looks a little disproportionate.

First workout was yesterday, did the newbie routine as written.

5 min warmup, 5 min manual stretching, 10 minute jelq with vaseline, 5 min warmdown. Went fine, fingers got kind of tired near the end of the jelqing. Think I’m going to try 2 on, 1 off starting monday. I would like to try more, but the skin around the base of my penis gets sore sometimes, so I’m gonna start a bit slow.

After 2 days of having my planned time for PE unexpectedly filled with other things I decided to just make it a priority and do it first thing in the morning.
Did 5 min hot wrap, 5 min stretching, and 10 min jelqing.

My grip really started to feel tired at the end of the jelqing, so I decided to compensate by trying harder. I ended up with a few red spots afterwards though, so I may have overdone it.

It was nice though, and the first time I’ve done it without using porn to maintain an erection during the jelqing. I’ve been weaning myself off porn and reducing masturbation, as I want to improve EQ, and I actually was dealing with a bit too much erection today while jelqing so it seems it’s working somewhat.

Also never go too hard on your unit! A lot of people including myself, have went crazy just starting PE and overtrain their unit.

If you grow within a month of your routine then don’t change it until you stop growing

Only add to your routine if you stopped growing from it

Just finished day 2. Starting to realize when I’m jelqing, gripping with my palm towards the floor is more comfy, but feels like it distributes the pressure differently.

I’m tempted to re-measure at the end of the week, but I think I’m going to try to only measure every other week.

So this week I managed to do PE 3 times. Next week I’m going to go for 4. Gonna do another measurement next weekend and see if I notice any change. Also gonna try starting taking Zinc, Pygeum, and Lecithin. Seems like the effects would be fun.

Was PEing yesterday, and the girlfriend walked in saying, “I want to see what you’re doing”. I just kept going as she watched, feeling like she was silently judging me a bit. She asked does it hurt? I said not if I’m doing it right, its fairly similar to lifting (we go to the gym together). After a minute or so of watching she doesn’t say anything and walks behind me. I don’t hear from her for a minute until she clears her throat. I looked over and she is spread-eagled on her back, completely naked. I decided that was worth holding off on the PE. I hopped in the shower and washed off all the vaseline as fast as I could, and we had some long overdue fun. After wards I started the jelqing over. Today is supposed to be my off day, but I just want to do PE again. Feeling very motivated. Not sure if I can see gains yet but there is definitely a noticeable difference in EQ, probably mostly from stopping porn.

Now on week 2. I couldn’t resist measuring, only to find out that I screwed up my initial measurements. I didn’t have a tailors tape so I used a piece of string to measure, marked the end of the length by pinching it, and then measured from the end of the string to my pinch. Problem is, the string stretches easily so I’m pretty sure my initial measurements are inflated. I’m ordering actual tailors tape on amazon, and I’ll be using an actual ruler to measure length. I’ll have to update my baseline stats after I get them in the mail. I think I’m probably closer to 7” length and under 5.5” girth. Bleh. Oh well. I have another workout tonight, then I get a rest day tomorrow.

I remeasured with an actual ruler and tailors tape after a my workout today. It was a pretty intense workout so I might be a bit smaller but it said 7” BPEL and 5.25” EG. This might be a bit on the low end but I think this is closer to what my actual starting stats are.

I think I need to ease back a bit on how hard I squeeze, because I got some larger red spots afterwards this workout. I’ll need to work up to it more slowly I guess.

So I was correct in thinking it was an overly intense workout. Turned out I overdid it a bit, so I took a day off instead of doing PE yesterday. My EQ was shit after the workout, and taking a day off was definitely the right choice. I went ahead and measured again today, after a day of rest and I had gained nearly a half inch in length, which ended up putting me closer to my initial length measurements than I thought. I took the measurements 3 or so times in the last 12 hours and roughly got the same measurements. Good to know I have a concrete starting point.

Now that my EQ is back up I think starting measurements are:
7.4 inches BPEL (I was just a touch under 7.5)
5.3 inches EG ( I was just a touch under 5 and 3/8)

Took 2 days off, and then did 2 more days PE. I think I’m getting closer to finding the line of what is too intense for me. Length again is leveled out at just a touch under 7.5” BPEL and 5.325”

I want to set a goal to shoot for. Just saying “I want to be 10x8” is silly and impractical. I want to set a goal that is within my grasp. I think a medium and short term goal would be good, but I have yet to see any gains so it might be hard to estimate what a reasonable short-term goal would be. I’m just going to keep going until I see a measurable gain I guess.


Starting Size: 5.3 EG, 7.4 BPEL 5/7/2017. Current Size: 5.625 EG, 7.95 BPEL 11/3/2017

Took 2 days off again after 2 on and my length shot up to over 7.625 BPEL, even hitting 7.75 on one measurement, but I only got it once so I won’t count it. I also hit 5.325 girth multiple times so I’ll be looking for that to solidify soon. I’m thinking of mixing in another girth exercise after I hit 4 weeks or maybe at 8. I want to get girth as much or more than length, and it seems length is gonna a come very easily.

Also interesting to notice the difference between my BPEL and NBPEL I’d around an inch or slightly under. Also noticed length fluctuates far more than girth.

Just finished up week 3, Looks like I’m solidly over 6 5/8” BPEL, and pretty consistently hitting 5 3/8” EG. Thing is, to measure these, I get myself to just on the border of orgasm, then immediately measure. This makes measurements more consistent, but the size I get during the measurement is a size that I only achieve during maybe 10% of a given sex session. I think I’m going to need to overshoot any goals I set in order to “casually” be at whatever measurement I choose. Also I think cutting out porn would help.

I think a reasonable goal for me to try to reach would be 8.5” BPEL x 5.75” EG. Everyone talks about 8x6 and I definitely want to get there, but I don’t want it to be only when I’m about to orgasm. I’d like to be a casual 8x6 someday. Since the length seems to fluctuate more than the girth, I will likely have to overshoot that more than I will for girth. I think half an inch of girth is going to be a lot harder to achieve than I think it will, and that will only put me up to just over 5.75. I am happy with the pace I am gaining right now, but I expect the gains to slow, and I don’t know when.

I also have an issue that I would like to try some exercises to focus on girth. If I could gain girth at roughly the same rate I gain length, then I would be in a good spot I think. My problem is that as I read through this site, I have yet to see a girth exercise other than jelqing that is “okay-ed” for beginners. Jelqing adds some girth for me, but my length is growing much quicker it seems. Today I tried some tentative Horse440s. I know they are for advanced PE-ers, but I don’t see tons of other girth exercise options. The advantage to trying Horse440s is that I can gradually ease into it. Clamping, hanging, and other device-centric girth exercises seem like they have less room for error. I’ll do some more research, but I am starting to think that girth options for beginners are pretty limited.

1. Cool, first gains become visible. Hallelujah, it’s working for you too! Congratulations. Not ironic at all but there is a big difference between reading about PE and actually noticing for yourself PE works.

2. Ultracool measuring technique! Because like this you have high stakes that your results are taken at a comparable or even identical state of penis. Just a thing: measuring once a month is sufficient. Otherwise you create too much pressure in your own mind.

4. Yes, that is a good goal. Just take your time because you may not reach it by July 2017…

5. Already? After 3 weeks? Patience is a male virtue! According to the above mentioned goal, you plan to grow 0.5” girth-wise. That is
- Well achievable by stretching and jelqing
- Usually something that is more in the above one year time range.
You may not yet know how your dick really reacts in girth growth. Give him some time.

6. That usually happens, nothing to worry about.

7. It’s not “limited for beginners”, girth is just harder to gain. You are now in the 4th week, so you probably do not yet have
- enough measurements to really know how fast your dick reacts to the stimulus if the newbie routine. Give him at least 3 month time
- enough measurements to know if the newbie routine is stalling

So why worry or look at other techniques already. Greed, randomness and impatience in PE gets often punished by injuries or plateaus. Be patient and remain consistent and systematic as you have been until now.

I sincerely hope this takes some weight from your shoulders and helps you to see your progress as it is: an excellent success. So go on and stay on that path.
