I’ll add jelqing maybe 3 months down the road. I want it to be mostly tools so it doesn’t require much effort and thinking.

Things I wish I knew before starting PE:
- Using SG Value Pack with VLC Tugger will require you to buy another set of Value Pack extenders because the extender has to be set higher.
- Pump the BM in smaller, frequent amounts. Don’t start off by pressing the entire BM length inside you. This reduces the chance of hurting your testicles.
- Bad EQ means you did too much. Take a day off
- Red dots and bruising means nothing. They disappear after an hour or so.
- The SG tension increases refers to the increase of rod size above the handles located on the bottom of the bars. The decrease of bar size could refer to the resistance between SG push and the penis pulling. So less bars means there’s great push and pull between the two.

- Took rest from SG because I noticed swelling in the glands after taking off the SG to use the restroom. This is most likely from putting the SG on right after a BM session. Swelling went away after an hour.
End of week measurements: NBPFL SG stretched: 6.4. BPEL 6”. Girth 5.1”. (post BM)
Increased BPEL could be related to bad EQ and no BM on last measurement

Week 5:
Notes:
- BM before SG creates weird water retention on the head, but the stretch feels really good. Maybe I should apply heat to my penis before SG so its all loose. I’m able to increase tension to max with heat
- I need to take 15 minute breaks for every 2 hours of SG
- There’s a big difference in stretch when the foreskin is all the way up on the VLC vs barely on.
- I emailed Ron from TLC Tugger about slippage. He advised wetting the your skin cone with saliva or water. I think cleaning the your skin cone and drying it allows for better grip. The dead skin that gets stuck on it creates slippage
- Only did PE for two days this week because life got busy. But I’ll be able to be more consistent this week!

Talking to my GF about it:
I opened up to my GF about my SG after she patted my crotch and she thought it was a chastity device. Lol. Now she makes jokes about it every day and she is always asking me to let her see me pump the BM or see the SG while in use.

I think being open to your partner ASAP about PE is a good idea.

My current size:
Pre-bathmate: 6” BPEL, 5” MSEG
Post-bathmate: 6.1” BPEL, 5.6” MSEG

Increase since start: .5” BPEL.. 0” MSEG

Current routine:
- SG 4 -5 hours every day. It just gets annoying to put back on and off. SG is low pressure enough to do daily wear.
- Bathmate with handball 4 days a week for 15 minutes, done in 3 x 5 minute sessions. I’m looking into making it a daily thing, but my penis feels too sore.

General insight:
- In general, it is better to go too slow than it is to go too fast. Going to fast will result in injuries and it’ll ruin your momentum. And you have your entire life to do PE.
- I tried jelqing and I nearly ruined my penis. Lol. Large bruises and large dots everywhere. I did too much pressure too fast. It is best to start light. I am going to wait until I can do max pressure with bathmate before jelqing again. It recovered after 3 days of not doing PE outside of SG.
- After Bathmate without handball isn’t challenging anymore (happens after 6 weeks), I would add the handball. But pump the handball slowly. I tried max pressure quickly and it was ok until I jelqed and bruised up my penis. I used to do 7” in length with the handball, but now I can only do 6.5” before the pressure is too much. Without the handball, it was a struggle trying to get to 6.5”

Having sex with 5.5” girth is insane. Lol. My girl kept saying how big I was. My penis barely fits in her mouth.

Routine is now:
Sizegenetics 6 hours a day, 5 days a week. The tension is set to one bar or half a bar. I’m amazed I got .5 inch of growth without adding tension. With this much tension, I can only stand 30 - 60 minutes at a time before needing to take a 1 minute break so that the head of my cock gets circulation again.

Bathmate 3 days for 15 minutes in one single session using the handball extension. Not breaking it up in 3 sessions. I’ve added using a cock ring with the Bathmate, which helps the bottom side of my shaft to not hit the walls. This also leads to a clamping effect where more blood is going in than going out, which leads to my Bathmate sessions being intense. I always get big red dots after every session. 3 days a week is a good cadence because I only pump when the red dots lessen to pin prick sizes. I’ve been using porn to get myself stimulated, but now I am just looking into Instagram pictures. I’m going to try doing kegals inside the Bathmate to try and pump more blood in there.

I’m excited by both the SizeGenetics and the Bathmate. Definitely a lot of ways to improve the sessions for both devices.

My flaccid size is significantly larger. I wish I recorded my initial flaccid size.

Weekends off. I definitely need the rest days because the base of my cock feels sore at the end of the day from having the extender on all day, and especially sore on the weekend from the accumulated stress of the PE exercises.

Changes made:
- I added a silicone sleeve to Bathmate pumping and it has made a night and day difference. No more edema, even at high pressure levels. My EQ drops after sessions though. With edema, my girth is 5.5”. Without, I’m at 5.25”
- I’ve added clamping. I’m doing 2 10-minute sets a day. My EQ has shot up doing this
- Combining 10 minutes of Bathmate with 10 minute clamp, I can get to 5.5” with no edema. Which is crazy.

I’m experimenting with adding padding with clamping. It seems like the base of my penis doesn’t have enough girth, so blood is able to escape the penis faster than it can go in. I have to stimulate myself throughout the clamping session to get a good session in. Right now I use one silicone sleeve. I’m going to try using two.

Tried 3 sets of 10 minute clamps and it felt pretty good. Got up to 5.5” girth after the second set. I’m using two 1” silicone sleeves when clamping, which gives it enough girth for the clamp to do its thing.

Seems like a good pre-sex ritual would be to pump for 5 minutes and then do two 10 minute clamps.

Going to experiment with clamping with toe shields.

Took a couple days off PE. Erections are 10/10 now. I’m at 6” BPEL and 5.125” MSEG. So up .5” BPEL and .125” MSEG after 4 months of PE. I’m happy with these stats. If I ever had a date night, I could pump and clamp and get the girth to 5.5”.

I’m thinking about hanging, but I’m not sure if it’ll hinder my future gains since hanging will cause a lot of stress on my ligaments and might toughen them quicker than usual. It may be something to consider if I don’t see any length gains in the next two months.

Toe shield clamping is a fail because I need 8-10 shields, and they wear out quickly. Sticking to cable clamps.

Latest experiment

I’ve tried out clamping in the morning, wearing an extender, then clamping at night. The clamping involves 5 minutes pumping with a silicone sleeve and a cock ring then 3 sets of 10 minute clamps. This really exhausts my penis. I can only put on the extender for 30 mins at a time as opposed to 60 mins. So now its just wearing an extender and clamping once at night. Not clamping twice a day sucks because my penis reacts really well to it. My EQ was so good.

I’m hoping for more length, so I’m prioritizing extender more than clamping. According to TGC theory, I should be focusing more on girth for length games because my BPFSL is 7” and my BPEL is 6”, so a 1” difference. But I’m not convinced that clamping more will help me with length gains.

I took a week off during December because laziness. My BPFL inside the Sizegenetics is now 7.5”, up .5”, so I’ve increased the rod length. I’m excited. It’s pretty cool to see the Sizegenetics slowly getting more loose as I gain flaccid size, which necessitates increasing the rod length and traction strength. I haven’t seen BPEL increase yet, but I think they will come when my EQ gets better.

Clamping has made my girth hover around 13.5cm.

I’ll need to switch to using centimeters for measurement because the imperial system is pretty shitty for tracking.
