Another newcomer waving a US

Hello everyone. I’s been a rather long journey which I’ll elaborate on below but recently there seems to be a little epiphany going on with US heating and such.

And those are the reasons I decided to jump back on myself. I’ve been on and off of PE (mostly off) for soon 15 years when as a young guy I got interested in all of this. What I had to begin with was 5.8in length and a 5.4in circumference. Over time during the last decade I managed to increase it to 7,2 inches with a 5,8 circumference with mostly all sorts of jelqs and such. It has served me well, but surely the thought of a little extra doesn’t go away easily.

In short, I’ve been reading the recent progress reports and especially Kyrpa’s formidable thread and decided to buy a similar US heating machine and a PeniMaster Pro stretcher. For now I’ve done some light and easy exercises without a clear goal, just to get perspective on how it works for me and how I react to the methods and exercises.

Yesterday I decided to start doing these exercises methodically. My starting point for BPFSL is at 19.2cm/7.5 inches, and for the near future my goals are purely in increasing length. I start with a 20 minute stress relaxation w/o heat, PMP suction cup attached to a 1 kilogram weight. From there, I bring in the ultrasound (US Pro 2000 2nd Edition), keep the weight at 1kg and heat the shaft for 20 minutes, ending with a 10 minute cooldown at maximum length. As it’s been quite a while since my last exercises, for these first two days I’ve worked through 3 phases: stress relaxation, US enhanced stretching and a cooldown. I’m likely to add a section with more weight between the second and third parts in the near future.

And I wouldn’t feel let down should no gains arrive - it’s always worth a try. But tell that to the measurements:
06/20/20: starting length 19.2cm (7.5in) BPFSL, afterwards 19.6cm (roughly 7.65in) BPFSL
06/21/20: starting length 19.3cm*(7.5in) BPFSL, afterwards 19.9cm (around 7.8in) BPFSL.

*I would expect the measurements to ebb and flow enough for this to be taken with a grain of salt. But today’s "after" measurement I had to check a couple of times, check that the angle was the same as the first measurement and make sure I took it from the same spot.

This is quite a way to return.. I’ve not set a goal - I can hardly imagine the possibilities this brings. BPEL somewhere over 8 inches with a little more girth would feel wonderful. In any case it’s nice to be back.
