I have been doing research in PE and some PE in the past 5 weeks. I will post my progress here to see if PE actually works.
Unfortunately, I have a smaller dick than the average. I am hoping PE can help me gain.
EL : 4.5 inches (not Bone Pressed )
EG : 4.1 inches

EL : 5 inches
EG : 4.5 inches

I have been taking some supplements too. Here are some of them:

Saw Palmetto. Pygeum. Sunflower Lecithin. Zinc. Sheer NO2 ( L-Arginine HCL, L-Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate, L-Citrulline Malate, Pine Bark Extract).
L-Glutamine. Pure GABA. Creatine Monohydrate. NAKED MASS (mostly proteins).

I always do 10 mins warm up with heat pack and 10 in between each set (only for hanging) and 10 cool down.

20 min for 1 set of hanging

5 mins for 1 set of pumping and 1 min rest (I don’t know the pressure)

I have regular sex and masturbation. I also do some stretching in the shower but it is short so I don’t put them here.

Day 1 : 80 mins hanging 15 mins pumping
Day 2 : 80 mins hanging
Day 3 : 80 mins hanging
Day 4 : 80 mins hanging 15 mins pumping

Day 7 : 80 mins hanging
Week 3 :
Day 1 : 100 mins hanging
Day 2 : 100 mins hanging 15 mins pumping
Day 3 : 40 mins hanging
Day 4 : 100 mins hanging 20 mins pumping 1 hr extender
Day 5 : 80 mins hanging
Day 6 : 100 mins hanging
Day 7 : 40 mins hanging
Week 4 :
Day 1 : 100 mins hanging
Day 2 : 120 mins hanging 20 pumping
Day 3 : 60 mins hanging
Day 4 : 80 mins hanging 20 pumping
Day 5 : 40 mins hanging

I’m feeling positive though. Hehehehe. The last time that I had sex, my partner said my penis feels different and looks bigger and longer than usual. I was so happy.

I’m back to update my progress. I have gained 0.5 in as it is right now. My EL is 5 inches in total.

My routine has been on and off due to my work and life schedule. I still got in as much as I could for PE. I have been doing mostly hanging.
3 set of 20 mins and 10 mins rest in between set per day on 9 pounds weight set. For my next goal, I will set 5.5 inch for length. Wish everyone luck on your journey.
