Hey. I’m going to be tracking my progress, and my sessions here. I will update frequently since I will make sure to always log my daily sessions. I want a place where I can do this, in a public way, in order to encourage myself to keep up with the disciplined hard work, and getting results. I will be tracking PE results, and posting daily updates on what PE I did in the day, lengths of time, Kegels, etc. I will also on occasion, post my weight progress. I will eventually post links to my Bodyspace, where I will have pictures of my fitness transformation. I’m actually entered into their contest, and I plan on winning it by just working very hard.

Hey. I’m going to be tracking my progress, and my sessions here. I will update frequently since I will make sure to always log my daily sessions. I want a place where I can do this, in a public way, in order to encourage myself to keep up with the disciplined hard work, and getting results.

I have all the free time in the world right now, and this will remain for at least a year. I am using this free time to completely change my body, my penis, my sex life, my health, my fitness, and also how my mind operates. I also engage myself in many aspects of mental training (memory training with pmemory .com, speed math training, studying programming, studying languages, neural feedback training, meditation). The goal is simply to become a much-improved version of myself, over the course of the year, and focusing on just taking my daily work effort, and willpower to a very high level. So I do PE every day, and bodybuild/exercise every day, without breaks in between. I also spend take lots of gym supplements to help my body perform better, but also to help it heal. I eat incredibly healthy. I make sure to get a lot of protein, from different sources (food, nuts, meat, eggs, protein shakes, high fiber cereal). I’m usually more than ready to go, with PE and Bodybuilding by the next day. I spend a lot of the day just resting and meditating and focusing on relaxing and healing. I rest a lot, and have a lot of free time, which is not something that many members will be able to do, since I know that many members have work and school responsibilities, along with family, friends, other responsibilities, etc. I’m currently single, living in a nice apartment, and I have no kids, and I’m currently not engaging in a social lifestyle, due to focusing on body transformation and my family members don’t live in the same state.

I am completely dedicated to working very hard towards my current goals, for about a year, and then reaping the benefits, after the year is done. A year is a long time to get the results that I desire. Even an inch in length and half an inch in girth would make me incredibly happy, and honestly, I’m sure I wlll do better than that. As far as my fitness goals go, I’ve already lost 55 pounds from my peak weight, so I’m absolutely destroying that. I have more weight to go, and I’m focused on muscle training. I need to apply more effort to my mental training, but one of the benefits of my fitness regimen is the fact that my mental clarity is off the charts. It’s just far easier to think effectively and problem-solve when you are in shape. My supplement/nootropics/pharmaceuticals regimen helps with that as well.
