I wanted to share my recent success to maybe give others some hope. I’ll also share as much detail about my experience in case there is a wrinkle that might help someone else.

Back in my 20’s I joined this site and tried a bunch of manual exercises like jelquing and manual stretches. It was a long time ago, and I can’t give a lot of detail other than that but to say I either didn’t stick with it long enough or the routine(s) I tried were just not right for me, or maybe a bunch of other things weren’t right.

How did I get back here at 42 years old? Well in March I went on TRT. I have three kids and in the past 8-10 years, sex has been a special occasion. And while it’s always pretty “good” it’s nothing great. Also, going way back to when my wife and I were highly sexually active, I’m pretty sure I never made her orgasm just from vaginal intercourse, I know this because I use to make her orgasm a lot with deep fingering and rubbing on her g spot.

Well after a few weeks of TRT, I started waking up with huge morning erections. I mean skin bursting rock hard can’t move because it feels too good erections. I bought an electric vacuum pump a little over two months ago and started off pretty light and easy. It’s one of the pumps with 4 settings, 2.5,5,7.5 and 10 are the levels. It’s an 8” tube and it’s probably 2.5 inches wide. It’s way too wide for me to pack. But it’s got a silicone sleeve on the bottom and it actually works quite well.

I vaguely remember measuring my dock a long time ago and think it’s just about 6” long. And it was probably just under that but I rounded up or something. The first time in my tube, the little ruler on the side showed I was just a hair past the 6” line, and I just did a little while at 2.5 then about a minute at 5. I only got to the 6 inch line at 5, not at 2.5. I’m really not overly concerned with my actual size, my only goal doing this is to give my wife pleasure.

So fast forward about a month, I’m reading a lot and working my way up. I started adding heat by way of a heat lamp, and also testing the higher pressure settings for short durations. The first time I went to 7.5, I got the tiny red spots, however, they went away in less than a day so they didn’t really concern me. The first time I went to 10, I did get a tiny bruise and that took 2 days to heal. I waited another week to go back up to 10 but that time it was fine and I only did like 30 seconds at that level.

Now this is kind of important. This whole time, my wife was having some medical issues and I was not even going to attempt any sexual advances. So I think maybe we had sex within the first week of me pumping, but not right after a session or anything. So within the last week, maybe week and a half, I am just past the 7” line in the tube and I’m doing the pulse method under heat as well as cold. I’ll start at 5, hold 30 seconds, jump to 7.5, hold 30 seconds, then to 10, hold 30 seconds and then pressure release back to 5. I do this for 10 minutes, sometimes I’ll add a second session if there is no edema, if I’m feeling a little puffy I’ll just do the one session.

Also in the last week, I have had sex with my wife twice and she has had intense orgasms both times. Once it was just one time, but last time she had and orgasm while riding me, then asked me to take her from behind. When she was close to climax the second time, she yelled out “your cock is so huge inside me” I shit you not, which basically immediately made me climax and she did at the same time. Protein is a terrible energy source, but it’s a major building block as well as biological signaling mechanism. Look up how protein synthesis is effected by leucine consumption. Fat is an energy source, but also a very important cellular building block as well as a hormone modulator. Every cell membrane in your body is comprised of lipids, aka fat.

Another thing I’m going to add is a major PE workout towards the end of a 24-48 hour fast. I do these once per quarter for health and cancer prevention. Growth hormone skyrockets after 24 hours of fasting, so I’m hoping I can focus its effect to a “stressed” area by putting in a pretty rigorous session or multiple sessions during my fast. Just a theory, but I think it’s pretty sound.

Good luck everyone. I wish I started pumping when I was in my 20’s because it’s absolutely working for me. As far as manuals, I’m doing very little of them. I might do a quick set of jelqs or BTC stretches in the shower, but nothing consistent. Pumping I’m doing either once per day, or twice per day, as timing and privacy allow. My most consistent time is waking up with killer morning wood at 5 am when the whole house is sleeping and shoving him in the pump. I can stay very erect for the whole pumping session with no porn this way. (I’m also trying very hard to eliminate porn) and have been doing good with just a few slip up’s in the past two months.
