True… but are they really doctors? ;)

Start: 22 Mar 04: 6.5" BPEL x 4.6" EG & 6" head. As at: 1 Jan 05: 7.5" BPEL x 4.8-4.9" EG & 6.3" head.

Re-re-start!: 6 Feb 17: 6.9" BPEL x 4.9" EG & 5.5" head. As of: 23 Feb 17: 7.0" BPEL x 5.0" EG & 6.0" head.

Ideal: ASAP: 8+" BPEL x 5.5+" EG & 6.5+" head But will continue if the going is good!!

I think most mainstream doctors, including urologists, would not call PE surgery “effective” or safe. My impression is that PE surgeons are tolerated by their professional associations, but not looked well upon by most colleagues, given the generally awful results of the surgery today (maybe this will change in the future).

Please :donatecar to Thunder's Place to keep it running.

General wisdom here is that stretched length gains precede erect gains— more cock to get hard, no?

My sense about erect gains sans stretched [BPFSL] gains is that it is more likely that the gains are due to better erectile quality— thus the benefit of boner pills— they make you harder so you fill up the cock you currently have.

Now: NBPEL = 6.4 MSEG = 5.3 BEG = 5.75

Goals: NBPEL = 7.0 MSEG = 6.0

Here’s a few of the full articles on the extenders (and for the first study it says: CONFLICT OF INTEREST-None declared):

“The present study shows effective elongation of the penis after 6 months of treatment with a penile extender, and suggests that the results are maintained after an additional 6 months with no treatment. The magnitude of the elongating effect (1.7 and 2.3 cm for the stretched and the flaccid length, respectively) was less than the 3.3 cm gain in erect state achieved in a market study [12], where the Andropenis was prescribed for 10 h daily for 6 months, but was still impressive when compared with the modest results of penile lengthening surgery.”

That market study referenced in [12] above is more questionable in my opinion but here it is:

“The average length increase of the penis in erection after a month of use is 0.4726 cm. The standard deviation is 0.1329 cm. The 95% confidence interval is [0.4283 ; 0.5169]; that indicates a minimal gain in the population of 0.4283 cm/month. Regression line is: DL erec = - 0.327 + 0.562 x t
This calculation will allow us to estimate the increase in length of the penis in erection, based on the months of use of the device. There is a variance of 57.7% in the increment in length, which is explained by the variance in the duration of treatment (R2=0.577). The other 42.3% of variance is due to other differences which are innate to each individual and don’t depend on the duration of treatment.”

“After six month: The average length increment in erected state was 3.3333, obtaining an average growth of 27.5% compared to the initial length. The 95% confidence interval of the studied population was 2.8162;3.8504, which shows an average minimum growth of 2.8162 cm in six months.”

“In erection, the average increment of the circumference was 0.8405 cm and the typical deviation s=0.5382. The average growth of the initial circumference was 7.1743%.The confidence interval of 95% of the studied population was 0.6111;1.0200; that shows a minimal growth increment of 0.6111 cm.”

Starting Size: April, 28, 2010: NBPEL-7" Girth-6" (base, MSG, glans)

Currently: BPEL-8" NBPEL-7.25" Girth-6.25" (base)/6.125" (MSG)/6.125" (glans)

The first had no measurable girth change, while the “questionable” one had 7% … guess if I start using an extender again, I’ll have to keep pumping :-)

11/2009: 6.25 NBPEL/6.5 BPEL, 4.7 MEG/4.95 Base EG

current: 6.7 NBPEL / 7.0 BPEL, 4.95 MEG/5.2 Base EG

Maybe not for glans (head) girth. Some extender studies do suggest girth changes for the glans. See this thread:
