Want To Start Pumping

I been doing a newbie routine for the past 9 months, to which I’ve realized long ago I should have been changed up. I want to have pumping sessions for two or three out of my 5 pe workout days. What I have right now is warm up, basic stretches to get loose, then 3 sets of 5 min pumping sessions, with 50 jelqs in between. I’m not too sure if this is a good enough routine, since the newbie routine I did included basic stretching, three 50 rep jelqs and Three 30 rep v

Jelqs.

Any input is appreciated. I’m conditioned so I’m ready. Ready to see gains, and have the patience as well.

I recommend pumping twice a day for 20 minutes at 5 hg, four or five days a week and once a week for 45 minutes at 4 hg. You should also mix in some pulse pumping and break up the sessions with some Jelqing.

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

Pumping got my girth started. Next week I will be completing 2 months deconditioning break and the increased size is still here.

So what else should I do besides pumping? I still want to gain length as well. I’m doing two days pumping, and the other three days I’m doing basic stretches, with two sets of 100 jelqs, and two sets of 60 vjelqs. I’m willing to do what you said, but I would like input as well on the routine I currently have going on if you may 😁

Thanks! pumping is fun, I like to do it. What I noticed yesterday though, is that when I pump, my turkey neck skin gets inflated like a balloon inside the pump, I have no way of preventing this since I have a decent amount. Will that affect my gains on the bottom part of my penis?

Your routine is ok, but follow it with one of the pumping sessions.

Start with three ten minute sets at no more than 5hg. Use constant heat and work up from there.

You should consider a pumping session after your ED routine.

Up to how many minutes should I work up to? And how do I move up, weekly? Monthly? Do you suggest I include pumping all my workout days, or is two or three fine?

Btw, what did you do for your length gains? Did you only do pumping.

Ahh I see, extenders are just too expensive for me at the moment, I rather save that for later. So you’re saying even on the days I’m just stretching and jelqing, I should include one pump session at the end? And then do my normal pump routines on the other days that I’m planning? What is an Ed routine by the way 😅

On the recommendations to do 10 or 15 or 20 minute sets at 5”hg, I would suggest not pumping directly to 5”hg, but say on a 15 minute set, spend the first 5 minutes @ 3”hg, then increase to 4”hg for the next 5 minutes and the last 5 minutes @ 5”hg. That is the best way to avoid red spots or discoloration. I call it incremental pumping.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Ahh yes, that’s what I first started doing, I haven’t gotten higher than 3hg yet though, kinda just letting my tool get used to the new atmosphere.
