Use of Penis Pump

I Would like to know whether I can use a penis pump with a 2.0-inch circumference. My Erect Girth is 4.0 Inch or 4.2 Inch (approx.). In India, there are not any penis pump below the 2.0-inch circumference. Please clarify.

I’m also using an oversized cylinder (2.5 in on 5.5 in girth). It does work, but the main worry is sucking in scrotal skin during pumping. Also, as I don’t pack the cylinder, I don’t see any length gains.

But if you only want to work on girth, then it might be fine, with a bit of struggle.

I am focusing on the length first.

You will be fine with the current cylinder. As Twisted said just be cautious to minimize scrotum skin and testicles from being sucked into the tube. A little skin is ok.

An oversized tube will still work for length even if you are not packing it. Packing means your shaft touches the tube walls and the only way the penis can move is up the tube, which focuses on length.

By circumference, do you really mean diameter? 2 inch circumference = 0.6 diameter (just over half-inch).

You can mold something to reduce the diameter of the tube at the mouth. Auto body putty, epoxy, caulk, whatever is available and will dry firm or hard. You can shape the opening to a comfortable fit against your pelvic bone while you’re at it.

I did two of my tubes that way. My sculpting skills are at the “three-year-old child” level, but they seal properly, and it’s not like anyone is going to see them and criticize my work.
