On further reflection I’ve found that I am guilty of habitually and reflexively tensing my kegel muscles and entire pelvic floor region during times of stress (exams, ect). Mindful of this and habitually revearse kegel and monitor any pelvic tension. I’m not sure if any of you guys are pelvic floor tensers but avoid it at all cost!
