End of Second 2 day set

Results from the second two day set aren’t as encouraging. I attribute this to a low EQ getting into the tube and a long day at work and entertaining a guest but the results were good, in my opinion.

20 minutes pumping
2 sets of 7 minutes clamping.
Measured post workout girth of 6.25”
Post EQ of 7
Fluid buildup is mild at the upper part of the foreskin.

TG, if you could, would you break this up into two workouts? I’m currently stretching/jelqing in the AM and hitting a second stretch in the afternoon with less intensity but longer holds. I’m wondering if I could do the pump in the AM and the clamp in the PM?

Certainly. Splitting it makes a lot of sense.

Pumping and clamping are both intense. I’m conditioned enough to do both in the same session but there’s no reason breaking it up should cause a problem. I personally just tend to do one set a day, that’s why I set it up for the same session.

And regardless, I still err on the side of caution. No long duration pumping, heavy repetition clamp counts. Definitely not in the same day even. It’s still a big gamble on EQ that I won’t take. (especially since I’m dating at the moment)

Hey TG when first going into the tube you’re gonna go erect or flaccid? Also the silicone sleeve covering the shaft only or the entire penis?

The sleeve is placed with the penis at what erection level?

1. As erect as possible getting into the tube…but the sleeve will likely impact your EQ. I made it close to 100% on the first 2 day set, more like 70% last night.

2. Shaft only for sleeve coverage. When erect, me being cut, I have the top edge of the sleeve around my circumcision scar line, gives my glans some space. Then maybe an inch or so above the base so the pump seals using my penis not the sleeve. Also because VelSeal uses a silicone gasket I try to minimize that friction. I cut my sleeve to 4” which works well for me. Cut it to fit the shaft but not perfectly because you won’t be 100% erect every time you use it. Nor will you place it perfectly every time.

3. At the highest erection level you can manage in my case. Placing it soft makes it difficult to get erect and nearly impossible to get it on at all.

I find this interesting because what you are doing here is similar in many ways to what I do when pumping yet different in other ways. I am uncut which causes a different set of challenges. My Mr Fantastic water pump set up also uses a sealing gasket (sealing ring). I find if I use a silicone sleeve just behind the glans and it not anchored under the sealing gasket that it can ride forward with my foreskin during pumping and partly cover my glans which causes soreness and cuts short my session. So what I do is place a short sleeve at the rear of my penis and then place the sealing ring on top. I then fit the condom after putting baby powder on my glans and lastly fit a second short silicone sleeve so its leading edge is behind the glans and rear edge just overlaps the first sleeve. This stops the sleeve moving forward during pumping because of skin movement underneath.

I find this set up gets me erect before pumping with the sealing gasket acting a bit like a cock ring. Also the silicone sleeve behind the glans also seems to help keep me erect. Perhaps the tightness there mimics a cock in a pussy. I also find at the end of a pumping session if I remove the cylinder and the front sleeve and condom I stay erect. I only get the post pump softness after I remove the sealing gasket and rear sleeve. A trick I have recently found useful post pump is to use the gasket like a jelqing tool. Before I remove the sealing gasket and rear sleeve I manipulate them forward and back as if dry jelqing and that helps reduce fluid build up. Not sure if a cut man could do that as it requires skin mobility to work.

Yesterday I pumped with a silicone sleeve on my shaft, it’s very different from what I usually feel, I mean, usually when I pump at 6 or 7hg I fell a good amount of pressure on my penis and glans. With the sleeve I felt less than half of what I’m used to, but it was still pulling my penis up, because I was reaching almost the same length as in my regular pumping.

After a 40 minutes session I had almost none fluid build up and was a little more engorged than my usual girth.

I’m thinking about keeping it for a month or so and see the results

I try hard not to anchor the sleeve. And because I’m cut I think it moves less. Also because air and water likely interact with the sleeves differently. I’m unfamiliar and only can guess how changing water pressure may affect the sleeve.

You use a 3 piece setup of two sleeve pieces and a condom. Personally, because it’s difficult for me to get erect I’d have significant trouble with that many pieces before starting pumping. But it is similar because the end goal is the exact same and so is the varying pressures method.

I can move my sleeve in a jelq method like you describe post pump but it fits right enough that there’s little buildup if I’m not pumping long duration. Long duration is a different matter.

I had similar in my preliminary tests when I started with the sleeve a couple months ago. Less buildup, more length and girth. But figuring out how to get the damn thing on was the biggest issue for me. Master that, pumping seems to have more overall benefit unless you desire fluid buildup.

I’ve got my clamp coming in the mail, and I planned on doing a very similar routine.

The routine I have planned is: (Obviously warm up before each session)

Day 1: Pump 3 10 min sessions 4 hg plus light jelqing between sessions.
Day 2: Clamp 2 5 minutes sessions plus roughly 20 mins jelqing before, in between and after.
Day 3 and 4: Rest

Start back at Day 1.

My routine will be less intense, and I may up it, but I want to be careful with the clamps especially for a bit. I may do just one rest day instead of two, but I’ll see how I feel after doing it for a bit. Doing both in the same day I can tell you will not work for me. I already have to be careful with the vacuum alone affecting EQ quality.

Basically, my theory behind it was pull with the vacuum, push with the clamp and jelqing. I suppose I’ll have to do some measurements if you are interested in seeing what this particular program does for me. Best of luck to you TG, love your posts.

Yes think that would be right. I also have done quite a bit of scrotum stretching using rings and split weights. Believe that has also increased my skin mobility. I currently pump with some some split weights on my scrotum partially to help move the skin back.

The water pressure does try to move the sleeve forward with the skin but is a fairly mild effect .

I have ED and do have erection problems which is why I took up dynamic pumping. However I find using two sleeves easier to fit than one long one, I fit the rear one by rolling it up, putting the front edge about half way along and unrolling towards the base. Found this harder to do with longer sleeves. After fitting the sealing ring I exercise to get hard and find the compression helps keeping me hard. Fitting the condom and second sleeve then is easy.

I do pump long duration but with the sleeves get little obvious fluid retention other than a bit in my foreskin. However I tend to be flabby post pumping and I am sure there is fluid retention there even if it is not obvious. I consider the fluid is gone when I can reestablish that hard erect feel..

Just wondering what’s the bad part about fluid buildup? Doesn’t that just fade away eventually? I just started pumping and I dont see any fluid buildup I think, but I’ve been doing 10 minutes sessions only at 3 HG because I never pumped.

Awesome plan TG. I think if you see good results this could change a lot of people’s perspectives on PE with manuals only - especially for girth gaining. Properly using devices will obviously exceed the abilities of your hands.

I’m thinking about switching to a girth-focused routine (just PMed you about this before I found this thread) and what you’ve layed out here is likely exactly what I’ll be doing as well. Depending on how comfortable I am in my living situation right now my pumping might be limited to the bathmate, but ideally I get my hands on an air pump soon to give it a try.

I like this routine too. I think I’ve run something similar in fact before. It’s a good routine and I think you’ll like it.

I’m of course interested in how well it works. Not only for me but because it seems like another good option for folks who don’t want to take the hardest core route with these devices.
